Gloria Jean's Coffee

I ordered 2 small hot coffees with flavor and I got two of what I think were lattes instead . It was $10 for the two smalls and they were not regular coffees . Very hard to understand the younger girl . I know staffing is very hard now so I’m not trying to be overly picky .

I just wanted to say that this is my first time at Gloria Jeans! The coffee was very good, however the service was rude and ridiculous. These two ladies are only interested in entertaining eachother and not helping the customers. Nothing but rude. I will never go back to Gloria Jeans in the Mall of New Hampshire!

Love it here. I was so sad when the one in Salem went out of business and the 30 minute drive to Manchester is definitely worth it. The staff is always super friendly and I've never had a bad order.

I go to Gloria jeans almost everyday when I work for croissant sandwiches all of their food is delicious. Can't speak for the coffee cause I don't drink coffee. But my friends say it's amazing!

The coffee is and always has been great but the person taking the order needs to know how to better address his clients rather than treating them with impunity.

The Worst customer service possible..do not go on Saturday that was my mistake... Coffee was ok at best...People working there were not.. would rate this location less than one star if it would post.

The employee was quick and very efficient and friendly told me her name as she greeted me and made sure my order was correct and was always cleaning when she wasn't with a customer I believe her name was destiny

I have asthma and can’t wear a mask for medical reasons. They wouldn’t allow to buy a coffee and kicked me out. Employees didn’t care at all. Apparently Gloria discriminates against people with medical conditions. Super disappointed...
