Gloria Jean's Coffee

Great experience having tried their coffee line for the first time ever, even though I have been in the area for many years. I knew what I wanted in my drink, but I did not know what they would specifically call it but the staff was more than helpful concocting a perfect drink! It was delicious. I am glad I did not go with a large because the medium was almost 7.00. The establishment was clean and the staff was attentive. It was a reasonably hot day outside and even the mall's AC was not as good as in Gloria's. It was very pleasant to sit in a nice cold room on a hot day.

Amazing as always. I only get to go here rarely but it is a Must Stop for me. Drinks are great and fairly priced. Employees are great help if you're not sure what you really want( they have a pretty great drink menu) very nice treat!

Coffee is typically good. A little pricey. The problem is the girls who work there. They always seem perturbed by customers. Guessing it isn't a fun place to work. I'll stick with Starbucks. Sad because GJ was always my favorite but it's not worth the walk through the mall and the negative juju.

I went in last night a solid 5 minutes before close and had to wait for the girl to finish making someones order, which took her 5 minutes!! She then came over and took the order of the girl in front of us and then turned to us and said that she was closed and refused to take our order even though we had been in there waiting way before close!! We go there all the time and never had a problem before, but after this I think we might find a new place to go that won't be rude to customers!!!

I frequent the Manchester store often. I love the drinks I’ve gotten but the service is what makes me want to stop going. The guys that work there are awesome but the girls are extremely rude. Larissa specifically is always rude. I’ve overheard her talking badly about myself and other customers just because she made my drink wrong. It’s unfortunate because it’s convenient but I definitely will avoid there if certain employees are working.

My friend got a coffee and it was fine, but I don't drink coffee so I ordered a strawberry lemonade, 5 bucks for said lemonade. Watched the girl make my friends coffee and then she proceeded to make my lemonade. This consisted of putting some pink syrup into a cup, filling it with ice then filling the cup with TAP WATER not filtered, not bottled she literally went to the sink, turned out the water and filled it up. For $5 I expect real lemonade... NOT FLAVORED TAP WATER.

I have never been so insulted as I was when I visit this shop. The clerk was beyond rude and frankly aggressive toward me. Pretty bad when you walk out without your coffee because of service. I'll take my business back to Starbucks or Dunks. JUST WOW!

11/08/21 - 2:00 pm - On my drive to the mall today I was looking forward to a hot GJ's coffee. The staff here this afternoon are complete zombies. Stoic, snooty, unwelcoming. Absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever. Whatever, right? Of course. I went to go about my day and then sipped the $4.00 large coffee. Not hot! Barely past warm. I courteously mentioned to the girls. Her response: "I can make you another one if you want but it will be from the same dispenser." A brief pause ensued as I was completely shocked at this. She then went on to conclude, "No way I'm brewing another pot." A refund was NOT offered. I cautioned the gentleman in line behind my on the way out not to order a hot coffee because the hot coffee isn't hot. Anyway, here I am at the mall walking around with a lukewarm $4 coffee. NEVER AGAIN!!! There's a Dunks in the food court.

Coffee was good but it would be nice if the employees were properly groomed for the job. Cashiers frizzy hair was down to his nose. I'm not even sure if he even has eyes, never saw them.

Excellent coffee shop, workers are so friendly, you will get best coffee in NH.
