Yeah sure the stuff here tastes good. But you know what would be better? If the workers knew the difference between caffeinated and decaffeinated. Every time i come here and ask for CAFFEINATED black tea everrrry time i get decaffeinated. The fancy teas are definitely not worth the extra money if I’m not even getting what I want

Love this place..... way better coffee than DD, staff is amazing... every single time I go, I'm greeted with a smile..... unlike other coffee places (DD)

Food and drinks are fantastic! But I ordered through Door Dash and two very expensive drinks had spilled! Door Dash guy was so rude and casually said “oh I’ spilled your drinks, call Aroma Joes and they will send you two more.” And the he just took off! I’m giving him a bad review through Door Dash. I wouldn’t even be giving Aroma Joes a bad review because I love them but I’ve called them twice about this and NO RESPONSE!

I went to the window, ringed the bell and waited then after a few minutes tried again, nothing. Saw an employee pull up and run inside so I thought that was odd, looked into the window to see her make herself a drink while the other employee stared at me. They both left and I proceeded to ask if they were closed and they said “no we are open” and I asked why they stared at me and did not come to the window. One of them drove off and the other said “I’m off the clock”. Wow. You won’t be seeing business from me again.

Usually I am never the type of person to call a manager when something happens that isn’t supposed to. This time I did and she was very professional about it and helped me in as many ways as she could. The situation was handled in a great manner and I will be glad to say that she made me want to come back!

Aroma joes coffee is always good, however I just sat in my car in line for 25 mins waiting, and once I finally ordered they made my coffee wrong and gave me the wrong doughnuts. Not all locations are equal so prepare for radical inconsistency.

Line ALWAYS out to the road, always waiting at least 20+ mins for a coffee. Get your act together jesus. Would recommend dunkins fresher coffee and fast pace service :)

Aroma Jose is the must go to place for coffee abd energy drinks. They have a great selection of drinks and the service is always great, which I can not say the same about Dunkins or Starbucks.
