Aroma Joe's #53

I use this location often and I have to say everyone does a great job and are very personable. But one girl vanessa is fantastic, remembers my order based on the time of the morning. She remembers if it Monday, Wednesday and Saturday I get my drink and a bagel , any other time just my sugar free with sugar free watermelon. Great person !

my absolute favorite location I go here every day after class BUT to open my bag and see a bagel with a knife and no cream cheese was disappointing. Perfect bagel. Nothing to go with it but my tears. All jokes aside I just wish I had cream cheese

The lines were long but I waited cause I had been once to another location and it was really good. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly regarding my questions about the menu. The iced latte was good but it was 8.50 for a large.

Had the best service this AM 9/20 by a young lady.

I honestly adore this Aroma Joe’s location and company. They are always so pleasant to interact with that every time I go it genuinely makes my day better. They’re always way appreciative when you tip them and they’ve never gotten my orders wrong. They have higher quality teas and coffees that are better than Starbucks and Dunkins in my opinion and I have never disliked anything I have ordered ever. Like 10/10 love this one. Best attitudes/best teas, so many options for flavoring and caters to people with specific tastes and preferences. Best coffees/teas and best service. Don’t forget to tip when ever you can, this staff is so deserving.

Absolutely love this Aroma Joe's location, I NEVER have a bad experience! The employees are so kind, so patient, and very focused on the customers and their orders. My food is always fresh and delicious, which is a huge bonus. 5 stars is very much deserved.

I visited this AJ’s last night and was pleasantly surprised with the service and the drink I got. Since it was my first time, the worker was super friendly in helping me find something I would like. She recommended a lemonade with lavender flavor and it was seriously so good! I will be going back to try more stuff. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I didn’t try their coffee (their main thing) so I’ll have to update after that.

This Aroma Joe's has become my go-to stop on my commute to work in the afternoon. The staff are friendly and considerate. Plus, (and I know this is a weird little aside) I'd never been a regular anywhere before here and we're at a point when I pull up, they know my order AND my backup order when my usual isn't available. It's pretty cool. So yes. Out of all the Aroma Joe's on my trek between Concord and Wilmington MA, this is the one that's become my place. Thanks, guys.
