Awesome neat little cafe! It was a random stop but totally worth the time. Breakfast sandwich was great!

Just found this gem in downtown Bristol. Popped in for a smoothie... GREAT! (Yes, they top it with whipped cream, but I went for the topless style.) My brother and sister-in-law had a sandwich and salad, also fresh and wonderful. My sister visiting from Hawaii went wild for the fresh cannoli, with true custard filling.
PLUS the Purple Pit has a jazz club in the back. We could just tell that it rocks! You can give them your email address to learn who's playing in any given week.
If you are in the Newfound Lake area, check them out.

Good coffee, quiet and fast service. Great decor inside, cool instruments and seating. 3/5 WiFi, it's pretty slow even without many patrons here.

Another great experience stopping by a club members shop. We suddenly show up with 30 hungry folks and the staff didn't bat an eyelash. They came out for photo ops after delivering fabulous lunch treats.

We always look forward to visiting the Purple Pit. Stopped in for coffee with the family today just as they had closed. They were super accommodating, friendly and more than willing to make us what we needed. Had a wonderful opportunity to chat up Tom the owner and fellow musician. Great menu, service and the coffee is outstanding. Highly recommend adding this to your stop in Bristol.

Another local gem. Great coffee and coffee based drinks. Relaxed atmosphere, great breakfast sandwiches, polite and prompt service.

If you want to take in a show at the jazz club on Saturday evenings be sure to show up early or have a reservation. We were the last ones to be seated and felt very lucky. A good menu of casual food and beer and wine with some nice desserts. It's a small (50 person) venue so a pretty intimate experience. Great sound! We will go again for sure.

Amazing sandwiches! Best in town! Restaurant is very clean and decorated, and the mood is always set with great colors and music. Coffee is great, smoothies are great, gluten free service is my favorite, and I will continue coming here as long as I live in the area!
