Went by ten minutes before closing and the closed signs were up. Waited at the window for a few minutes, got ignored by both of the employees even when they noticed I was there. Just kept on talking and laughing. I can understand this for a restaurant, but for a coffee shop that it takes maybe 2 minutes to make a coffee that's ridiculous. If the hours are listed as being open until 5, the closed signs should never go up until 5. Won't be going back. Horrible service.

I was there with my son. There were other customers in the store as well when they started complaining about a specific customer coming through the drive through. Apparently she had changed her drink order when they were expecting her normal order, and that was apparently super frustrating and annoying for all three women in the store. Two were behind the counter while one was sitting at a table. Itā€™s one thing to quietly talk about frustrations to your coworkers. Weā€™ve all been there. However, talking about it so openly across the entire store infront of customers? For someone being there the first time, it was incredibly unprofessional and unsettling for them to not even bat an eyelash that there were other people listening. It makes me wonder how often and normal this behavior is.
Itā€™s a cute little shop though with cute mugs and coffee accessories. I like that thereā€™s plenty of space and computers/WiFi available. I just wish the customer service was a little friendlier. Iā€™ll definitely be giving it another shot. Hoping it was just an off day.

We past through town on our way to Great Basin National Park and got two large 3 shot blended mochas. Really good and kept us awake for the rest of our drive. Go there if you can.

You have to tell the drive through employees two or three times about your "free coffee" punch before they finally use it. If you don't constantly ask, then won't use it.

Kids got hot chocolate, tiny cups for $2.14 and kids said there wasn't enough chocolate in it.

First time we went my drink was supposed to be dairy free, they made it with soy milk, awesome, but I started feeling sick a few sips into it. I asked them to check the powder they use for it, they were sure it didn't have milk in it, guess what it did. But they offered to make me another drink that they knew had no dairy in it, I checked. That drink was alright.

On the front door it says that you must wear a mask, we walked in wearing our masks and none of the employees had masks on, no hand washing, and every customer that came in had no mask and were not asked to mask up. COVID cases in Winnemucca are up by 511+, you'd think that an establishment would do the bare minimum to protect their customers. We threw out our drinks because we felt unsafe drinking them.

I read am article in local a newspaper about this family owned business. This is their 10th year. Small town, but great coffee. Friendly staff, clean, and a variety of coffee related merchandise. I will return when I'm in the area.

said close at 1 pm. i got there at 12:48. Sign on drive up said closed. sign on door said open, door unlocked staff there and customer. I said ā€œiā€™m unclear if your open or closed. they just stared at me and the customer said ā€œthey are closingā€ I said ok so itā€™s 10 min till close are you selling serving or not... blank stares and then the one employee asked the other what they should do....and with out any eye contact or apology or acknowledged that i drove there based on posted open times just said no, we are done for today.
