The Human Bean

Always love coming to Human Bean! Delicious coffee, and coffee beans! For some reason we were double charged. When we brought it to their attention, they refunded us in full, and gave us our coffee complimentary. What great customer service!

I LOVE THIS Place!!! They have the best smoothies ever!!! Savannah is amazing. She remembers what my husband & I like to drink every time we come in. Now that's customer service!!! I wish they would build a Human Bean out in the North Valley's or in Sparks.

The staff of these essential outposts are always nice; there is something different about these coffee huts than the corporate shop or the chatty, skippy smaller corporate shops. The coffee I got this visit was perfect; along with a great suggestion on how to tune up my next one. Thank you.

Wonderful place! I've been coming here for months and I've never had a bad experience! They go above and beyond to make sure your drink is made correctly. This is my number one coffee shop in Reno!

P.s. I highly suggest getting a match green tea with a shot of espresso, it's Amazing.

Everyone here is very friendly, they always welcome me and they know my order they adore my puppy they compliment me on anything, and more importantly they just make me keep wanting to come back more and more. I go at least twice a day! I love this place!

Pretty good smoothies. All customized too. Had the mint chocolate chip with three espresso shots.

All the people that work there are so sweet and fun and nice. They're faster consistently than starbucks which I will only go if I have 20+ minutes to get to work on time but even when cars are almost in the street ive waited less than 15 minutes!!! You guys are incredible please keep it up I appreciate it so much🙏

Haven't had their coffee but the Italian Sodas they make are magnificent.

In my opinion The Human Bean far surpasses Starbucks in their coffee (Starbucks tastes burnt or bitter lately) and customer service. The Human Bean always includes a chocolate covered coffee beans with your order.

I went to this establishment on 09/12/18, when I drove in the speaker wasn't working, one of their polite staff members came out to my car and took my order. What wonderful customer service....Human Bean keep up the great work.
