Coffee is always good, staff is kind and accommodating and they are usually very quick! It's predominantly a drive through but I believe they have a couple of outside tables if you would like to sit.

Used to really love this coffee place but the quality has gone down hill in the last few months. Employees are confusing order and messing them up. The quality of the brews seems to be getting worse. Also, time in line has really gone up 20-30 minutes in line when its just 3 cars is just way to long. Its go from going 3-5 a week to maybe once a week.
Its really sad. This was a good coffee place. Maybe all the good employees are now working at the other Human bean.

The order was completely wrong, and the service was unprofessional. We had placed an order the other day for drinks (which none of them were complicated, and most were the same drink) and a breakfast sandwich. We were then informed by the deliverer that the barista was busy and refused to make the sandwich; she stated that she had already turned off the oven and would not turn it back on since they were almost closing. She then proceeded to have an attitude with the driver and told him "well she can just call in the morning tomorrow and make a complaint about the order." I get that it can be overwhelming when there are multiple orders, but there is no reason to be rude or unprofessional. When the driver showed up, we noticed that there was even a drink missing! I had stated several times on my order that if there was an issue to CALL ME. She never once called me, and when I attempted to call, no one would answer the phone. I attempted to call for the manager and still no answer. This place is completely unprofessional, and this is the SECOND time I have had an issue. I will not return again. I tried to give this place a second chance after they messed up the first order, and was proven once again that simple orders cannot apparently be followed. I am very disappointed in this company.

I hate giving money to Starbucks knowing that this place exists. This is best service we have ever received. Everyone working for this company is outstanding, actually cares about how you are treated and have the best customer service In Reno. Keep it up Human Bean! Never change!

Love this place, the coffee actually tastes like coffee, the batista are always super friendly & helpful, I love when they recommend flavors to enhance your drink. I go often enough they start to recognize me which I enjoy, makes it feel extra special. 5 stars all day every day!

Folks working were super friendly and finished up my order quickly. When they noticed my dog was in the car, they offered him a pup cup which he thoroughly enjoyed. My favorite human drink is a frozen hot chocolate.

I love the girls that work here. They always have a treat for the fur babies and the drinks are delicious! I love the little coffee beans they give with every drink as well. Highly recommend, I use their punch cards to get free drinks every now and then 👍

I used to love this place.... however lately it has been going down hill. From the extremely long drive though line(even when there is only one or two cars in line) to me getting my coffee only 2/3 full because they fill up the rest with foam.
The employees are very nice so that helps but still I would like to get what I pay for... as well as not spend 20 or more minutes in line!
