Dutch Bros Coffee

I love this place ... but... so does literally everyone else. I also live around here and despite having plenty of signs and traffic cones, the cars just keep piling up. Its mighty inconvenient at times. Forget going through the drive through, just park your car and walk over for better service.

Love this place, love the vibe. And of course the coffee ✌️✨

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The line here is always a nightmare! Today was the last straw. We were yelled at by one of the girls that works there that we weren’t allowed to be in line… so we were trying to get out of line which meant pulling out in to traffic. As we were trying to pull out we we’re almost sideswiped half a dozen times. I told her we were going to get hit, she threw up her arms and said “I’m sorry, it’s not my problem “ she should be fired at the very least. I’ll never be back

First timer and I ordered the annihilator with white chocolate. Drink was delicious and hit the spot!! Exceptional customer service!! 👍

First time being to a Dutch Bros. I'm a Starbucks girl, but after the Chai tea and Kicker iced coffee, I'm hooked. Wish I would have read the reviews regarding the drive thru first. This is definitely a sketchy situation with cars hanging out into the main road. Well worth the wait though as they take your order outside while you're waiting in line and have runners bringing it out to your car. Great customer service too!

Uber friendly staff. The wait time was next to nothing (less than 5 minutes) at the drive through. Coffee was outstanding.

Fabulous 1st time visit. Specific dietary challenges were acknowledged and fulfilled with care and understanding. I will do this in Las Vegas. They are worthy, and worth a generous tip.

They have an amazing energy. Thruely a place that makes my days better. I went on my birthday and they gave me my coffee for FREE. They went above and beyond to make my visit amazing.

How many reviews have to be left, or phone calls made to corporate, addressing the issue of the dangerous lines of cars that block crosswalks and impede traffic, before something is done?
You put out your little signs that say no waiting and do not block crosswalk and then your employees walk right up to the cars doing that very thing and take their order instead of making them move.
I guess the almighty $Dollar$ is more important to Dutch Bros, then the safety of the citizens walking or driving by their location.
