Dutch Bros Coffee

Such friendly staff always polite and respectful. This is my favorite dutch bros to go to.

We love Dutch Bros, especially the 911! Iced or hot, I think it's their best drink!

I love this place. Catchy names for amazing coffee, and the staff is always very friendly.

It seems that no matter which Dutch Bros I go to the staff are awesome and the coffee is great. A very good combination. I am a little preferential to the shops off of south Virginia st. However, I have been to them all. Bonus they have a military discount. If you can't tell I don't go anywhere else for coffee in Reno.

Whatever you do don’t go to this dutch Bros. They sent us driving in literal circles until the line shortened and this allowed multiple cars that came after us to hop in line before us.

Everytime I come here the customer service is great. The employees are so nice and genuine it creates an uplifting atmosphere.

This is the worst Dutch bros I have been to.

Every time I am here they are TERRIBLE at walking cars forward. There is always a line blocking the people trying to leave, a 2-3 car length opening in drive thru where the person ordering should walk and talk the person yo closer.

I am ALWAYS waiting to exit because they block the exit with 2-3 cars “waiting” for their drink…. Whoever came up with this system that’s different from the 100s of other Dutch bros is confused. Just walk cars forward. It’s not hard at all.

6 cars ahead of me and they took over a half hour. I won't go there again unless I know that I have the whole day to waste.

They are very friendly and efficient. They are quicker than a lot of them I have been to.
