Skimos Coffee Shop

Just recently came across this coffee shop and I absolutely love it! From the great variety of drinks (that are superbly delicious btw, best I've tasted in the valley and I've tasted a lot of coffee) to the pleasant ambience, it's a place I'll be visiting many times in the future. Also, just want to thank the owner and the staff for letting me spend some long afternoon's studying there. You guys are awesome at what you do and I absolutely recommend Skimos to anyone looking to try someplace a whole lot better than Starbucks.

We just stopped by here on our way to the Grand Canyon and let me just say WOW. The guy that we ordered with recommended the elderberry white mocha latte. I’m glad I trusted his judgement! We also ordered the Mexican toast with guacamole, pico, and cheese on top. Delicious! Well be back for sure!!

The perfect coffee shop! Seriously good coffee making. The avacado toast is delicious. I Love the quality jazz music playing. Super friendly owners and staff. Great place to spend some time.

So good! Had an iced basil latte with oat milk. Also got some avocado toast. DELICIOUS. Everything is made to order. Cute location. Safe. Definitely coming back. Their cookies looked amazing!

We make a habit of coming in every weekend and grabbing a couple drinks. Love a blended white mocha and the Fuzzy drinks. The cold brew is delicious as well! Owners are awesome, and working in-shop nearly every time we have been in.

Friendly owners. Great drinks. I love the sugar free vanilla latte here every time. My friend says their hot chocolate is the best ever. Avocado egg salad toast is excellent.

If you're looking for friendly staff, relaxed cool atmosphere and the best dang cup of coffee you've ever had.....look no further. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and got my almond milk latte. Was it the beautiful foam art? Or perhaps the pleasent smooth jazz? Oh! Or what about the super rad and friendly staff? Well id say it was the whole package. Hand made food and a genuine smile goes a long way to make your day. Please give Skimos a try, I promise you come back for more!

Excellent clean place with artwork by the very pleasant owner. Only visiting Vegas, but if I lived here it would be a regular stop. Oh, and very good coffee that actually has heavy cream. Can't stand fake coffee places that don't have that. This one does.

This is another pretentious coffee place with good (but not extraordinary), over priced coffee. Done nice breakfast options and a great space. For my money, there are lots of better options.
