Skimos Coffee Shop

Seriously some of the best coffee I've ever had. They have a wide variety of flavors for their specialty coffees and every single one I've tried has been delicious (especially the mexican mocha). I come here often and the staff recognizes me, which is a really nice feeling. I just tried their food for the first time and they had amazing avocado toast. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I saw someone’s review about no vegan options. But we found plenty on the menu. I had a Cortado with oat milk, extra hot, and my wife had a Mexican mocha with almond milk. We also had the everything avocado toast. Coffee was strong and food did not disappoint.

Coffee was so smooth and delicious. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their process and ingredients. Big open store, plenty of places to sit, very clean, good prices... My only criticism is that they need bigger sizes because the coffee is so good 😫. Maybe add a 24 oz or at least offer Me a bucket-full so I can just drink it all week lol. We'll be back asap!

I've been here a few times now. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are delicious. I can't stand Starbucks coffee so this is a great alternative. They have a nice variety of pastries and drinks. And have a few unique drinks. Skimos Coffee Shop has a comfortable atmosphere that is great to meet up with friends or go and study.

Huge change of pace from major coffee stores. Quiet. Slow pace. At least in the morning. This store accomplishes a customer’s need for a delicate atmosphere to enjoy coffee.

The staff are appropriately wearing their masks; covering their nose and under their chins, so try not to stress too much about catching something here. The dining area prioritizes the six feet principle such that you have so much room inside and dining outside as well for the cooler weather.

This is my first visit here and it’s like visiting a friend that works at an office space. They offer you a cup of coffee and you sit and wait until your friend finishes up work. You don’t deal with the stress that the employees deal with. You just sit and observe. Listen to their concentration.

The coffee I got was their cold brew with “some creamer.” It was out of awkwardness that I asked that way, but the barista gave me the right amount of “some creamer.” The cold brew was balanced in bitterness and nutty flavors. I’m glad I had some creamer in because my tastes does lean more toward the bitterness, but this was a considerably strong brew.

I would recommend visiting this shop any time their open solely because it’s better to come when there isn’t much customer flow. However, that doesn’t detract from the flavor of their coffee. I think this is going to be a regular spot for me. Look out for more reviews I guess

These people are passionate about coffee. They do a bunch of specialty drinks, but they source some pretty amazing coffees that are meant to be drunk without additives or flavorings. Food items are great as well. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping here.

Coffee is Rich and tastes fresh!! Family owned so quality of service and food is off the hook. Owner (Veronica) did amazing job with decor. Coffee alone would bring me back but kindness made my Thanksgiving. No family in area and doors were locked but owner still let me in and made me coffee!! Even offered to allow non-patron to wait inside for his ride because it was raining. Found my new coffee spot 😁

Absolutely LOVE this place! My fiancé and I have been coming here for almost 2 years. Skimos has always been our go-to for a cute date, when we want something sweet or a nice treat for after the gym since it is so close. We will continue to support Skimos rather than any other big Corp coffee shop for their hospitality & great customer service! The owner/manager is very friendly & they make a DELICIOUS iced green tea latte & coconut Thai tea! Definitely check it out! :)

Love this place!! Greek Avocado toast is my favorite with a Lavender honey coffee. I'm born and raised in Las Vegas and this is by far one of the best coffee shops I've tasted. Plus the family who owns it is so friendly.
