Founders Coffee

Nice little coffee shop as far as ambiance. Something was smelling awful durning our time there and at first we though it was the bathroom but once we changed tables we knew it wasn't and most likely something that had burned. I personally like a little sweetener in a blended coffee drink but no big deal if we return I know I can ask for it.

The chairs that are rounded almost fall forward. The bigger chairs have what feels like holes under the fabric (your elbow falls in 🤣)

The tables needed some wiping down (they did not seem that busy but maybe the drive thru was) and they ran out of whip cream (Costco is across the street if they need to grab a quick stock run for their next run out of a common staple)

Overall I'll give it a 3-4 ⭐ and would return again (I think every place just about deserves a second chance on the off chance it was just a bad day)

Attention to detail can go a long way for this place since they are in a good area and have a huge competitor directly across the street. (Go buy whip cream from the store if your run out on a weekend and eat the cost difference so your customers are happy!)

I've tried this place three times because it's the most conveniently located coffee shop for me. Each time, I ordered a drip coffee and it was completely watered down. I almost couldn't even detect a coffee taste. It was like drinking hot water with a few drops of coffee mixed in. I mean, if you're running a coffee shop, at least get the coffee right! Otherwise, what are you even doing?! Also, the cup was really hot and I was not provided a sleeve each time. Next, I'd recommend hiring people who are friendly and bring some energy to their job. Each person at the drive thru window seemed kinda dead/not happy to be there. Lastly, take some time to respond to your negative reviews to show that you care about your customers and want to do better. These things I mentioned give me the impression that you don't care about providing a good service. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Everyone was really nice here. The coffee and food was great. And the design is really cute.

One item that's gluten free, and the oat milk cappuccino isn't that great. Hard to find good coffee shops in Vegas!

1st time here, had the 12 oz Rise & Shine smoothie. Loved it!

I absolutely love this place! The black coffee is delicious with either blend you get but the dark roast is best. The staff are all so kind and give off a great energy that keeps you coming back! I have tried alot of food on the menu and it has always been awesome! I do think the food is overpriced but the quality is great so I do get it. I definitely recommend you give this place a try!

Here on a Thursday morning and the staff was exceptionally kind and warm hearted! Great customer service and good food; try the avocado toast! The coffee here is excellent! Recommend you visit if you are in Vegas or Henderson. 14 mins from the Vegas strip and worth the trip.

This review will be based off 3 variables. My rating will be based off customer service, product, and overall experience.

Customer service: The customer service that we experienced today was great. Our service name was Lily and she was amazing. I ordered a cappuccino and was given a regular coffee and Lily, our waitress fixed it immediately and even offered us a free pastry to make up for the mistake (she didn’t make the mistake). Furthermore, she went out of her way to check on us twice to make sure that we were having a good time and everything was great. I heard attention to detail and customer satisfaction is what stood out to us most. 5/5 rating

Product: we ordered a few pastries and the salmon and avocado toast with a cappuccino and a Vietnamese tea. Out of the six things that we tasted, only four were good. One of the bread, which was a cinnamon, was very dry and the cappuccino didn’t taste like a cappuccino and more just regular coffee if with steamed milk. Overall, it was a 3/5.

The overall experience was very nice. The store was fairly full but still had enough space it was a mix of different crowds. There are some students, some families, and overall a very nice place to visit in Henderson. They even offer a flight of copies. For now, our reading will be a 3.5 as an overall. We will visit again and see if our experience changes. The key person here was our server because she really impressed us and we value our customer service. Without her, this place would just be about a 2.5. Kudos to the company for having a good staff such as Lily.

The food is so nasty! Coffee is okay but seriously my turkey sandwich tasted like it had expired mayo in it.

Slow service and the drinks were sugar bombs. My kids would have loved it but it’s just not my preference. Young guy at drive through was friendly.
