Wife and I decided to try Founders coffee on St. Rose for breakfast mainly because of all the wonderful reviews. Can honestly say, this was a big disappointment. Wife tried to order a breakfast burrito, but was told they were out. So she ordered an egg croissant instead. I had a breakfast bagel with bacon, egg & cheese. Bacon was barely cooked on either and surprised that the egg was scrambled and not fried. Staff seemed very stressed and unfriendly (Maybe short staffed, but not really busy). The table we decided on had to be cleaned off by us. 20 minutes later I saw another customer, wiping their table down as well. Food came out in a reasonable time, but both wife and I wanted a knife to cut our sandwiches in half. I was told at the front counter, they don’t have knives. Not even plastic ones to match the forks we had. Sandwiches were just OK. Won’t be back

I had a coffee flight, and all of them were delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy. It's more for casual hangouts than studying, as there aren't many outlets or tons of counter space.

I only got a matcha latte, this was my first time coming but they were super friendly and fast to take my order. I got mine with oat milk and I really liked it, it wasn’t too overly sweet!

The girls working were very lovely. But the food and coffee is a total waste of money. It is about $11 for a turkey sandwich with mayo and spinach on costco bread. The coffee was trash. I didn't drink it.

I decided to take a walk with my 2 younger children to Founders Coffee.
The staff was amazing. They engaged with my kids and answered their curious questions of the decor and food.
The ambiance is so calm and cozy.
I really enjoyed the French Toast sandwich and the Curious George smoothie with a shot that was recommended for what I had a taste for.
Definitely worth going to and trying. I give the staff 100 stars 🤩

This place has a really good tea selection, cute mint-green couches & lots of plants. 🪴 ☕️

Best Chai I’ve ever had! Coming from someone that had my iced chai from Starbucks religiously for too long. Never going back to Sb! This is so much better.

This was my first time coming here and I don’t think I’ll be going back. I completely understand places being understaffed and over worked, especially now, but when you’re the only person in the establishment and 2 people are behind the counter AND I’m paying this much money for some coffee I expect a little bit better service than a Starbucks. But alas, I was wrong. I ordered a large nitro cold brew, a slice of banana bread, and a toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese. As it was 6:40am and I was the only one in there as I stated before, you’d think they’d know people are headed to work and be a little quicker about things. But it took them 15 minutes to make my coffee, forgetting the cream, and not adding ice to my cold drink (maybe that’s the way nitro cold brew is supposed to be but I’ve never been served a cold drink without ice so who knows), then took their sweet time toasting my bagel. And that’s it, they just toasted it and said you can do the rest, right? Again, as stated before, you’d think at 6:40 in the morning they’d figure people are headed to work and don’t have time to prepare their own breakfast as I’m paying $15 for the convenience of not having to, but here I am, sitting in the parking lot of my job, hastily buttering my now cold bagel with frozen butter and cream cheese in my lap, sipping on my now room temperature cold brew. Really the only thing that they got right was the banana bread and that’s just because they just had to toss it in a bag. Idk guys, it just seems like I could’ve gone literally anywhere else for better service, coffee, and breakfast in the time it took me to go there, wait for my food, then prepare it myself.

Came here 3 times through the drive thru during the morning. The first time was ok but the last two times were underwhelming. It seems as though they don't know how to make drinks and they dont seem knowledgeable of their own menu. The nitro cold brew doesn't taste like nitro and very heavy handed on milk/cream when ask for a light amount. I don't recommend this location and I will not be coming back here.
