My granddaughter loves Port of Subs her favorite place to eat

Fresh ingredients and fast service. Preparation of food should include use of gloves and not scooping up items that have fallen out of sub onto counter with hands and stuffing back into sub.

I walked in at an early 8am hour. The line of condiments and veggies looked wretched. The mayo had clearly spoiled and I decided not to risk eating there. As I canceled my order the maker offered to change out the mayo but I had lost my desire to risk it and told him so. I understand we are all busy at times but this was clearly a problem from the night before and not just mismanged by the opener. This place has always been great prior. I was disappointed.

This place is really really really good. They make all their subs to order and they come out big and filling. The bread is cooked very well and all the staff were friendly and kind and patient. I wish we had these in Colorado - I’ll be back for sure you can count on me and my brother will come too and we can’t wait

First they gave the person in front my the wrong sandwich and decided to pick apart the sandwich that was suppose to be mine! Second, they need to take their time so that they don’t forget what orders they are doing in the first place! I’ve lived here my entire life and this was the WORST service I’ve ever received! I wish there was an option of giving negative stars!

This port of subs used to be our favorite by Raleys grocery store. I'm not sure what happened but the quality went way way way down. The owner himself now waits on people because he doesn't have enough staff. The place is dirty. The soda machine is always broken and out of soda. He is often out of vegetables and the ones he does have, he skimps on. The bread is old and crumbles apart. I refuse to go here anymore. I now go to the Port Of Subs at the Sinclair truck stop. Their sandwiches are waaay better.

I suggest to not go there this day, the staff there were no good at their jobs. I felt that they were only friendly and not courteous because they never made small talk, they just did their job. First of all, the guy who did the topping part of the sandwiches left into the back after he made our sandwiches and never came back out to help them with the other customers. He and the cashier lady went into the back until after about two customers. The guy who got the bread and sliced had to work alone during that period of time. But then the cashier lady came along again and she looked like she went into the back to go smoke drugs. She did not look okay or welcome. She helped make this other family's sandwiches and I was kinda nervous FOR them. This lady gave off bad vibes. Which added that to the place. Another thing I want to add to that is how sloppily they made the sandwiches, there was lots of wasted lettuce and other toppings, the way they cut the sandwich wasn't good. And, me a person who might have ocd, thought this place wasn't built well and the chips were in the very front out of view, Port of Subs...If you don't want to get stolen from, then at least make a good effort. The sandwiches were good, it was just the staff mostly.
And that's why I gave this place a two out of five stars, if you were wondering.

They do not do Tuna well. Way too much pickle relish. In addition, the bread makes the sandwich. Your bread is very average. Not a fan.
