Zen is my favorite spot for an iced chai latte (don't drink coffee, sorry :P). They can add CBD to your drink! 12/10 would recommend

the service was amazing even though they were busy inside, and the staff is super friendly. i absolutely love the environment of this coffee shop, the inside is beautiful and there were fresh flowers on every table, and i love how you guys are eco friendly!! there’s also outdoor seating. the blueberry scone i got was the best i’ve ever had and the iced caramel latte i had wasn’t overly sweet like chain coffee places sell, but it still wasn’t bitter which is great. i also just want to say i admire how you guys are women led and lgbtq+ friendly because i know that my friends and family will be comfortable here when i take them, because this place was beyond my expectations. thank you all!!!

I am just so in love with Zen and so excited about this new location! Every time I’ve been in, I’ve been so well taken care of by the nicest baristas and just always obsess over my coffee! With the new coffee flights coming out, it is definitely expected for them to be packed which is great for them! I’m so excited to wait my turn and try them soon. Keep it up, Zen!

Since life took us out to West O a little over a year ago, I’ve sorely missed Zen Coffee! I was beyond ecstatic when I saw (and was finally able to visit) their West location. The cold brew has always been my favorite, and it had the perfect consistency that I’ve always loved from their coffees. Staff were super friendly. And the space is just stunning!!

I've loved their downtown location for a while and this one is just as great! Amazing staff, delicious drinks and food, and a beautiful atmosphere.

First time here for us. The boyfriend's Iced Cinnamon Dolce was the perfect blend. I got the Hot Butter Beer. It's a little bitter and not as sweet as I like my coffee so I'll tweak it a bit next time :-)

The coffee is very mediocre, especially for the price. I'd rate it a little higher if it weren't so expensive, but I payed $5 for a 12oz "Butter Beer" Latte and it tasted like any other average latte. It didn't have a special flavor or anything; very disappointing. Nothing special and steep prices.

its no for me. Service is great and employees are friendly but the coffee taste is beyond me.

I used to work for both starbucks and local coffee shops. I always told people. If you dont care about coffee taste , go buy starbucks and scooters.

This place’s coffee however is below starbucks level. It was almost like drink water with maybe a teaspoon of coffee to add the brown ish color.

I think they have potential to grow but if you gunna charge a little
more than other local shop then at least make decent tasting coffee.
Perhaps either the beans or the espresso machine are at fault here .
