Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Several of the staff walked by looking at us as we waited for a table in the lobby but never said a word to us. The lobby filled up with people waiting to pay and be seated. Someone finally came to the lobby after 15 but never apologized for the wait.

Might be a great restaurant, But I wouldn't know; because nobody came to take my order. So, I went next door to Ruby Tuesday.

I am generally forgiving of lack luster service, due to the years I gave to the food service industry that I'll never get back. But it wasn't even terribly busy. Every other table had already ordered, or was eating already, and one server was even rolling his silver. I had been seated for nearly 20 minutes, and nobody even asked if I had been helped yet.

We always go at night due to our schedule. Waiters a usually very nice aside from the occasional rough night. Food doesn't really take that long all though we have had nights where we have waited for a hour or so. There good is usually pretty good though.

Friendly ppl good food fast service

No social distancing nor was the waitress wearing a mask over her face it was around her neck the whole time we were there. No body else in the place besides ourselves even had a mask present. We were traveling through the area and was not aware of this behavior or we would have stopped elsewhere. On a positive note the food was good.

First time eating here and they were slammed!
Our server Voleta was amazing!
Food was good.
If I'm passing through again I'd stop just to get that same waitress.
She truly made it exceptional!

Delicious food, friendly waitstaff, an A+ experience

Our server acted like she didn't care. The gravy on my brothers plate was cold. My eggs were cold. When our server brought our drinks she went to another table to chat with her friend before bringing our drinks. After our food arrived our server sat in the booth across from ours to clean that's when she asked if our food was good. When I told her our food was cold she laughed. That's the last time I will go to Perkins.

They always treat me with a wonderful smile,been going to Perkins for years, always great service, thanks Perkins crew.

Good food and service.
Had to wait 10min due to not enough staff. They are having trouble getting new staff.
