Great stop on the drive. Friendly staff. Fast service. Type of food: Fast food was good. Chance to stretch and get out if the car for an hour break. BONUS- Starbucks and gas station across the street easy access to interstate.

The food here is so bomb! I love the wait staff, there are some new staff, just a trick of them learning their responsibilities. No complains from me!

My family and I came to have breakfast here. We were a group of 5, and the hostess sat us at a table that could only accommodate 4. Hostess was not friendly whatsoever as well. So of course we moved, but we felt that upset the hostess and other staff. We put in our order at around 11:05. Our food did not come out until 12:00, despite us asking about our order. When we got our check, it said our order was put in at 11:30. It’s ridiculous to make a family wait a whole hour for food while other tables who had gotten there later had already finished eating and left. We spoke to the manager, who was our server no less, and all we got was a “sorry”. Terrible service, and even worse management. Only reason this place deserves a star is because the food was edible.

Excellent food,service was very friendly

Went in for lunch and not only was our waitress lazy and never came back to our table but we waited about 1/2 an hour or so for our food. We have never had to wait that long. I'm glad we had other waitresses that would help us.

My overall grade for THIS Perkins in North Platte is: A+

Before you go crazy and wonder how a "chain" could get this type of grade, it's really all due to one person.

We were greeted at the hostess stand, who quickly took us to our seats and let us choose from a couple of different options. She then asked what we'd like to drink, coffee and that came out quickly - delivered by the same person.

She then came with the menus and left.

Then she came out to take our oder - we ordered "the usual" type of breakfast that I-80 restaurants server across the country and the food was decent.

She then came out to serve us. Then went to greet new customers and then went to take orders and deliver orders from other customers.

It was then, that I realized that there was exactly one person working "the front of the house". Greeter, cashier, server, busboy.

This one person was serving the entire restaurant by herself and was in a great mood and very friendly. I really don't know how she did it.

I specifically asked her if she was by herself and she said that there was one person in the kitchen, so she wasn't alone. Wow.

This person should be the patron saint of breakfast places. She was amazing and I hope more servers were like her.

Our food was hot and the wait staff was kind to my family. We always feel like we can bring our kids and the atmosphere is accepting.
