Great donuts but horrible customer service. It started with me and my husband having to repeat ourselves a hundred times over. Then moved in to attitude from both the clerks helping us. Neither knew what they were doing when it came to working the cash register. They rolled their eyes continuously throughout the encounter. We also both ordered two specialty coffees. Mine, a medium Iced Caramel Macchiato, and my husband a large caramel frappe. Both of which they got wrong. My husbands coffee was over blended and not even filled to the full large cup (about 3/4 full) and mine was not iced. When they gave us our coffee after waiting 20 minutes we weren’t even given a chance to correct their mistake. The whole experience was unpleasant, even after tipping them. I will also note that the clerks were whispering between themselves the whole time while looking at us. We recently went to the LaMars downtown and did not receive this type of service at all. They were pleasant and got everything right without hardly any wait time. I will not be coming to this location again.

Great donut place that's close by. Always has a great selection and friendly staff. Highly recommend the old fashion donut, the white fluff filled Lamar's bar, and the apple fritter that's as big as your face. Can't go wrong with a plain old glazed donut either.

If we're up before 10am & on this end of town, we usually drop by. We've been going their for almost a decade. My wife loves the chocolate covered crawlers, & I the chocolate raised, both of which if you get their before noon are usually fresh, after which supplies are short, & quality is somewhat diminished. Donut, & morning treat wise their better, & cheaper then some of the competition.

I wanted to add this review to Lamars just to leave this important pro tip: go here to get great local donuts, and also because it's connected to Colby Ridge where you can get chocolate covered potato chips. You won't regret it. Either the dark chocolate or milk chocolate won't disappoint. I prefer a mix.

They close way to early. If you are a coffee drinker you want coffee throughout the day, even if your not you want it when you wake up. By closing so early no one who goes home at 5 nor those who go into work later can get their coffee and since its like the only coffee shop in the area people are just screwed. Safe to say ill never be coming here again. I cant even if i wanted to.

LaMar's has been a solid Lincoln favorite since I was a kid... And that was a loooonnngggg time ago. Still love their raised chocolate frosted... And their double chocolate will make your eye twitch. Yummm

I paid $17.00 plus for 5 glazed raised donuts and 2 twists (no holes, no filling). I inquired about that cost for 7 items and was told that " items without holes cost a bit more". $17 for 7 items is too much for me.

I've stopped by twice in the last month, both times they were severely understaffed which resulted in wait times exceeding 25 minutes. Donuts are pretty good though.

Great doughnuts and people. Unfortunately, they need to hire more people as their few workers cannot keep up with the amount of customers.

Didn't get service. We were there to buy chocolates during the morning rush, so I knew it would take extra time and I was willing to be extra patient. We waited while people trickled in one after another and the employees glanced at us many times throughout our wait. 20 minutes later we left with NO SERVICE! not even an explanation of why we weren't being served.

Extremely disheartening.
