Thank you for your response. I understand the difficulty with the job market. Been there myself. 15-20 minutes for one donut is a bit frustrating though. Almost every time. The employees do not function as a team. One person trying to appease a line of 5-7 customers getting donuts and making ice drinks by themselves. the other guarding the ice cream, and a 3 rd doing anything but helping the employee in need. This the 3 stars. Love your popcorn, ice cream and of course the donuts. So I'll be back in any case. But... You asked.

Always have delicious donuts and bismarks. I love this place more than any other donut shop in town. They always have friendly and patient staff ready to help you pick out your favorite donut, or dozen! Their prices are great, too!

Customer service needs a complete overhaul. Spent $50 on donuts that were raw batter in the middle. Called store and received zero support. Contacted corporate and received a gift card almost 2 months later for half the amount. Went back to this location and the gift card was refused because the system “has been down for 3 weeks now”. Completer customer service failure.

Awesome donuts and they move fast. I initially had a standing review on this place with one star due to long lines, slow service, and just generally unorganized but something has changed since spring. I have been there three times now since my one star review and things are so much better. They have plenty of staff during the rush to move the line fast. The consistency of the donuts is better , and the place seems to be so much more organized. No more grouchy staff is a plus as well. Stop in and grab a donuts at Lincoln's best donuts for people that love donuts. Skip the fru fru shop downtown and come get a real donut that isn't covered in candy. They have earned a five star review again and I look forward to visiting each time now.

Got two apple fritters this morning among some others. They were flat, lacked any apple taste, and had a strong allspice flavor. The German chocolate twist was over dressed so when I picked it up it started to fall apart. The donut dough tastes more like garlic bread or yeast. I am disappointed because they used to have awesome donuts. Very bad.

Not much I can say really. Great donuts every time. Covid line out the door at 10:00 on a Sunday. Worth the wait though. I like the regular donut offerings without the crazy toppings and fills. A small town donut shop in Lincoln Ne!
