For a Sunday they were very well staffed and working fairly quickly to fill orders. I was very happy with their speed and accuracy.

The doughnuts were ok but more on the disappointing side. They were small, the cake ones were flat and the glazed crumbled icing everywhere. Also they don't carry any kind of tea or suitable hot drink alternative to coffee.

There was 2 clerks (I heard them talking to each other) and no customers were inside or in the drive thru. I called out loudly three times before someone came out to help me, she was eating something and asked me what I wanted with her mouth full. She gave me the wrong change and became angry when I corrected her. Absolutely the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to! I will not be back to that location!

Cannot beat hot and ready time at Krispy Kreme. The donuts basically just melt in your mouth. Staff very nice and drive through was fast.

I must have gone on an "off" day b/c my experience this morning was awful. This was my first visit to the new store. I had heard nothing but good things about it so I figured it had to be good.
My son and I went in to get some doughnuts around 10:30. When he got a glance at the selection in the glass case, he turns to me and says, "Dunkin Donuts has a better selection, can we go there?" I should've listened to him.
That's when I started to look around and notice the place was a mess. Every single table (not being used) was a mess. They were so dirty that we actually ate our doughnuts in my car because it was cleaner there than at one of those tables. Trash and crumbs all over the floor too. This seemed really odd to me b/c there was at least 10 people behind the counter working. It's hard to believe that not one of those people could take 2 minutes and wipe down tables or sweep the floor.
The women who got our doughnuts had a scowl on her face and acted like today was the worst day of her life. When she rang up my order she mumbled so much that I had to ask her twice to repeat her question.
My son's chocolate doughnut literally crumbled in his hand when he took it out of the box. It was unbelievably dry. My glazed, lemon filled doughnut was really doughy and almost seemed like it hadn't been cooked/fried right. The dough near the middle, around the filling was raw/sticky.
Like I said, maybe today was just an 'off" day b/c all the other reviews seem very positive, but I for one won't be going back.

Whats not love always good. However was over charge on 1 st visit..ill be back next Tuesday to see management.the clerk couldn't give me the over charge back.bummer.
A update had to return to Lincoln.stoped by no manager available.was told that i should have done it same.i did wow.ThIs location did make it right.comped a free box. Thanks for making it right.
