Lucky I could share among five people and they took home the extra dozen! Can’t leave them laying around here all day (that’s how long they’d last, until tomorrow.)

Best time to pick donuts is at morning, fresh and well made.

Terrible. I waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. There needs to be a strategy for when orders are taking excessive time. Have cars order and then pull forward to wait in the parking lot to allow other cars to move through the drive thru. There is no way to exit the line once you are in it, so there needs to be a strategy to keep cara moving forward. What if someone in line had an emergency??? They’re trapped!
After all the waiting, they were out of 4 types of donuts that I wanted. Then, I got the donuts and got home to see that the ones with frosting were only half frosted. A very disappointing experience at Krispie Kreme this morning.

Placed order on Monday for a Wednesday pickup. Was there and picked up by 1030am and they were dried up and crusty by then. Not impressed.

Their original glazed doughnuts are so good! They almost melt in your mouth when they are hot off the glazing belt. Glad I don't live too close or I would want them more often.

Over the last year this site has really gone down hill fast. They only carry half of the varieties of donuts on Krispy Kreme's website and now they're only open in the drive thru. Need new management, ownership or both.

Best donuts ever, first time having it and not going to be the last time!

Donuts are warm and tasty, slightly overpriced for the size of donut u get, and why does the frosting fall all over u when eating the warm glazed donut? The filled rolls r ok. One time I went there the roll had less than a teaspoon of filling and the next time it was at least 4 tablespoon of filling. If u r getting a filled donut, 1 teaspoon is really not enough for the price difference between donuts and rolls.

Went in for HOT donuts because of the Hot Light activation on their app. The hot donuts were not ready so the shift manager gave me a dozen that were made a little earlier at a greatly reduced price. Folks, that is customer service and why, in my opinion, Krispy Kreme is hands down, the best donut in America. Thank you for a wonderful customer service experience...
