I arrived to pick up an order and first the cashier was rude and seemed annoyed I was asking for my order. He informed me it wasn't ready so I said ok and went to sit down and wait. While I was waiting the other 2 workers were being loud and I feel unprofessional with their actions and conversations. I also felt like I was being judged the whole time I was there. When my order was done after waiting for quite awhile they let me know by very quietly announcing it and when I went to doublecheck that I heard correctly the lady seemed annoyed and acted like she couldn't hear me so I repeated my question again and got same response after 3rd time of asking I got a snotty answer. Just a heads up you might be able to hear better if you take your music headphones off long enough to actually listen to the customers question. Definitely would not recommend.

The food was NOT worth the money. Very bland and burnt. I asked for turkey as a substitute since I have a pork allergy, he then said "we don't have turkey... But we do have sausage and bacon" I then remind him of pork allergy to which he rolled his eyes.
Overall, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.

The food is decent but the wait is unbelievable (I spent an hour waiting for one entree!). Also, the actual coffee (not diluted with milk and sugar) is the worst coffee I’ve had in Lincoln. Lastly, the environment is awful, there’s no ventilation, all my clothes smelled so strongly of burnt food all day. The location by east campus is much nicer (less crowded, cleaner, has natural light, smells less), coffee still bad though. Try the Foundry instead, one of the best places to get coffee.

If you’re looking for college funk the atmosphere is other worldly - great spot to hang for coffee - we split the veggie omelet - it was enormous! Way too much - the fries were out of a bag and cold☹️ Cool place but really can’t recommend

I can not stress this enough hygiene is very important and these people lack it very much. Especially the cooks their hair is hanging freely over the food getting hair in everything. Then you got employees running there fingers through their newly died hair (example: lady with brand new pink hair) then touching food not changing gloves. Not sure if this is acceptable but I will never go here again and will warn everyone I know not to go because of hygiene/ cross contamination issues in this store.

Ordered the Only Bowl due to the variety of vegetables. Very skimpy on vegetables, heavy on rice. Wait staff could not have cared less that it was my first time there. No helpful tips, cold in manner. Noise volume is high, people with hearing aids may have difficulty with the echoing.

We ordered four cold brews for pickup with an estimated pick up time of about 30 minutes. It was a Sunday morning, so I understood the wait and didn’t mind. Except it didn’t take thirty minutes, it took an hour, and there weren’t even any other pickups ahead of us; the line cycled through multiple times and we only got our order because we asked them about it. I love Cultiva but I think they should reconsider having an online order option since it didn’t really seem like they had the capability to execute it properly.

I've been a regular customer of Cultiva for years and could easily write a glowing review about their meticulously brewed coffee, well crafted drinks, or delicious made to order food. A couple friends of mine recently moved to town, and it was the first place I recommended they go. Lately, however, I've been incredibly impressed with the care they have taken to keep their staff and customers safe during the pandemic.

I've been avoiding going in to most restaurants or cafes during this whole thing, but finally broke down and went in to Cultiva for a coffee and a salad and was pleasantly surprised at how safe the whole thing felt. The floor had well established markers about where to line-up and where to wait for your food/drinks, the entire set up of condiments and drink mixins had been renegotiated to make it user friendly with the least amount of contact possible, and all the while the staff went out of their way to still be welcoming and friendly despite the weird circumstances.

I also appreciated the commitment to carry out, as I would have felt FAR less comfortable standing around and waiting for my food if folks were seated next to me, mask-less while eating and in close proximity to the line.

It'd been about 5 months since I'd been in but now that I've seen the measures they've taken to take this whole thing seriously, I'll definitely be back. The coffee and food were amazing as always, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good coffee and food and service. The attention to detail on the food is exceptional. The crepes are wonderful, and the coffee equal to the best in Lincoln. We dined al fresco this morning, and can't wait until the tables inside are available.
