Nick is a good dude exhibiting the good old fashioned spirit of turning his vision into a plan then into a business!! Have been multiple times...the food was great, the beers always cold, the atmosphere is 100% friendly!! If was darker, it reminds me of the old TV show Cheers! Please come support Nick and his gang!

Great, timely revolving selection of craft beers on tap. Coffee drinks are great and there is a good variety. Seems like every time we are there, somebody comes in to buy one of their packaged cold brews they sell. Frequently they have live music and food trucks as well.

Boba cold brew is fantastic. We get the pouches as well to use at home.
Elevated has a lot of good stuff for you to try.

Decided to check out this location after seeing the post on Nextdoor. It’s a bit out of the way for us but happy we stopped in. It’s awesome to see other small businesses being supported (they sell a variety of things from dog treats to soaps to canned beers), our drinks were good (the owner was nice enough to confirm the drink we asked for was what we were anticipating), the food we got was decent and overall the location was clean and inviting. Would recommend anyone in the area check it out.

First time visiting this cute little shop. Great selection of artisan beers, ciders, and hard kombucha, almost all from Nebraska. Also coffee drinks, though it was too late in the day for me to have the caffeine. 😁 I did try one of the panini, a chicken pesto, and it was really good. I'll be back.

Hidden gem! Great place to stop in for your favorite coffee drink or a cold craft brew. Always adding new beers and coffee or food choices. If that's not enough, there's usually a food truck outside. Available for private parties as well!

We’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened as we’re big fans of coffee and craft beer and it’s just up the road from work and home so we were pretty stoked to finally be able to make it in. The whole experience can be summed up in one word that keeps coming to mind, confusion. Before we even attempted to head in, we checked the hours and there were different hours listed in different places online so we were unsure if they were open or not. We drove down there and went in, the set up is pretty confusing as you don’t know where to go or what you’re suppose to do to order and there’s no clear signage or instruction. The not so friendly guy working behind the counter didn’t acknowledge our arrival or attempt to explain anything to us as first timers like most businesses do but we managed to figure it out. The atmosphere is okay, again, just super confusing..one side is dark and the other super bright with no divider of sorts to split the areas. I can see the potential in this place if some artwork was hung, a divider put in place, signage used and a smiling face added behind the counter. The music was good, so we will give it a another try in the future.

Edited to add: The replies from the owner are very rude and unprofessional. If you can’t take constructive criticism then you might as well throw in the towel now because you will not succeed.

Update: While attempting to give this place another shot on National Beer Day, we arrive at 8:30 pm on a Friday night, to find it closed. This was a listed time of operation on their “website”. Fool me once…

My wife and I come here semi-regularly. Whether is be for coffee or beer, they always have us covered.

They often bring in food trucks - it's nice to have some different food options in Bellevue.

I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

My first time to this local place and I was not disappointed. The coffee and breakfast sandwich were delicious. The place is relatively small, but clean and well laid-out. Prices are comparable to that of other coffee shops. I will return.

This place has the best coffee in the Bellevue/papillion area. Super reasonably priced for the quality of ingredients they use, you can’t beat having the beans roasted right next door. They rotate their menu so you’re always able to try new things and they have a huge selection of local beers and ciders to chose from as well as other local goods like dog treats and granola. They also sell the coffee syrups that they use in their drinks. Milk substitutes (oat and almond) are also available if you are dairy free
