Elevated Coffee Co

Finally made it in and got my decaf cold brew in the form of a latte.
It's two pumps of each syrup so quite sweet. It was at the top end for me, but I could handle it. The syrup they use is very good. I believe it's monin.
The coffee itself seemed smooth though harder to tell with that amount of sweet. Next time I will try half sweet, though 3/4 sweet might be perfect for me.

I can see myself coming back here often for this drink.

I've developed a love/hate relationship with this place, but ultimately they have excellent customer service.

It's a new business so their hours were limited. This was my third attempt at trying the coffee here.
The first time I forgot to check the hours, that was my mistake and found out they were not open on Monday (they have since changed their hours).
Second time we checked the hours, but it just happened to fall on a day they went on holidays.
This third time though, they were open.
I am not supposed to have caffeine right now, so I've been getting decaf. I did check before and was informed they have a cold brew they do.
Get there found out they are currently not offering it.
So if you are looking for decaf, I am not sure when they will have it, but they did not at the moment and I was told they were looking into bringing it back. I would suggest you call ahead.
After some time I noticed they had the chocolate syrup so I asked for a steamed milk with chocolate syrup. They do have hot chocolate for those who do not want coffee.
The person working felt bad that they did not have decaf and ended up giving me a free hot chocolate.
Everyone in my party was very happy with their coffee (we had a large group).

Parking is available in a small shared parking lot.

We love this place and are so glad to have this coffee shop in Bellevue! Both our favorite drinks from here are the Honey Lavender Latte, and we've enjoyed all of their baked goods every time we've gone. We've also purchased a cold brew bag to-go and I loved it with oat milk. Also a huge plus is that the coffee and espresso drinks have the perfect amount of flavor and are not overly sweet, so I've never had to ask for half the flavor here :) Glad to have this place so close and we go as often as we can!

Great little coffee shop - the barista was very friendly and informed me about the menu. Super glad Bellevue has a local coffee shop! There is cushioned outdoor seating as well. I had a dark chocolate coconut iced latte and it was wonderfully flavored - not too sweet but also not too bitter.

My Grubhub delivery was prompt and I got regular updates. Have enjoyed the cold brews, but today tried the frittata, potatoes and cinnamon roll, and WOW I am a happy girl. Warm, fresh, seasoned just right, great proportions..I'll be back.

We’ve been to Elevated countless times and have enjoyed it for coffees, brunch, lunch, and drinks with late night pizza snacks. We just keep coming back. More recently, we attended one of the Sunday Brunch events. There was a great selection of brunch snacks, awesome live music and the diy drinks were flowing!

We love to go back when they also host local food trucks, allowing patrons to bring in that food to enjoy. I often see families in there, enjoying snacks and coffee with their little ones. It’s nice having a local joint that is so inviting to all. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Excellent selection of hard ciders, which is one of my obsessions in life. They had an apple pie cider from a brewery in Michigan. Sweet, but loved the flavors! Definitely recommend

Came here for the beer. Not a coffee person.

It was day two of the taproom being opened so I’ll give a lot of grace to the newness of providing craft beer. Also, it should be said that we visited at 2pm on a Friday, not prime beer serving hours.

We showed up and asked for a flight but I was told they don’t do those. Definitely a suggestion for the future. I wanted to try 4-5 beers from the tap takeover but settled for a pint instead.

They had small sample cups so I asked for a taste of a beer. The sweet woman, who had probably been making coffee all day up until then poured me a sample of foam. I almost left but thought I’d stick around to see how the pint does.

I got a pint of foam. I politely told the barista/bartender I’d like a pint with minimal foam and she got someone else to pour it. I think it was also a new keg with a lot of foam at the beginning. I got a much better pour the second time around and the gentleman was even kind enough to give us the foamy pour on the house. The woman charged us for one beer without offering to start a tab. Just as well since it was 2pm on a Friday. Oh and the beer from Hastings was very delicious.

We will definitely be back. We understand they’re learning and getting used to a new product. I do want to share that the coffee smell when drinking beer is a little different but not a deal breaker. Hopefully the next time I return I can enjoy a flight and have a bartender that knows how to pour a beer. See you guys next time!

The coffee is some of the best I've ever had. The breakfast sandwiches are made with real ingredients made to order, not taken out of a package and microwaved like other places. They have events all the time and they frequently have random vendors (I want the waffle truck to come back 😅). In the evenings, it turns into a brewery and they have a decent menu of mixed drinks as well as beer on tap. Love this place!

I love Nicks coffee liquor so damn good! My husband loves the iced white chocolate macadamia coffee. We come here on our date nights for a drink and to enjoy live music when they have it.

We always like to try new places. This was a coffee place we had not been to before. When we walked in the person working (not sure if owner or employee) was sitting in a chair looking at their phone. Was polite enough but the tables we sat at were not clean. My husband ordered a coffee, when it was done he sat out on the counter. We were at the table. And then he walked right past us and could not drop off the coffee. Now don’t get me wrong, it was not expected, but if you are running a business that extra effort goes a long way.

The purpose of reviews are to review. We did NOT expect table service, it was just a small thing we noted. Your first response to an honest review was defensiveness, not accountability. We always support small businesses, but will support small businesses that pride themselves on customer service and cleanliness. Have the day you deserve.
