I have been to this location 2 times within the last month and a half and both times my orders weren't made correctly. My cold brew tasted more like tea/watered down coffee. I had heard before hand that this location is not great, should have heeded the warning and waited until I got to Lincoln.

On a very rare occasion, I am not completely satisfied with my order. Usually it is someone new or not as well versed in making drinks when that happens, otherwise you guys rock all 365 days a year. Thank you for giving this mom something to get her through the mornings no matter how tough they are!

Waited 17 minutes in drive thru to be asked what my order was. Waited another 4 minutes for them to make it. Was charged for the incorrect size drinks and got no coffee (only warm milk) in my hot skinny white mocha. Saw 4 employees working and no guests inside only long drive thru line. Will not stop again when I have somewhere to be.

They always get a caramel silk wrong by making a caramelicious. One time I visited and it took 6ish minutes to get one drink and a pastry. I saw them throw one item, which thankfully the guy caught it but still a little unprofessional.

Came for breakfast with my husband. Ordered a burrito and bagel sandwich. Both heated in microwave and not only mushy but cold in the middle. The workers were talking very loudly about inappropriate topics. Not a good experience at all, very disappointing.

The coffee here is amazing. The staff is friendly. Quick drive thru. If you get the app it's easy to earn free drinks and other perks.

My experience in this place whether I go in or go through the drive-thru, and by the way this is my first time walking in and it will never happen again.... Actually I will never be going back Clara to scooters in Beatrice Nebraska ever again the people were rude, they do not know how to have a conversation with a customers they are evasive, they forget to add ingredients, I don't think you should hire just high school kids in these places because they have no work ethic or tact

So glad there is an awesome coffee place in Beatrice besides McDonald's to go to! So east to get to, also! I've never had a bad drink yet! We will be back! Thank you!

I had a cinnamon roll a couple of months ago it was amazing today I got two omg the worst no better than Walmart’s prepackaged dry and no goo disappointed will not buy again
