Scooter's Coffee

Love this Scooters location! The drive through always moves fast and food and coffee are delicious!

I’ve been coming here a long time. Majority of the time happy with the service. Today, I was exceptionally happy. I’ve had a rough morning and placed my order. So rough, I am 99% sure I told them Iced and not blended. I got to the window and he handed me an iced coffee. I said to myself out loud that I must have ordered wrong. He let me keep the drink and they immediately made a new blended one for me. The best part of the whole thing? Even tho he had a mask on, I could tell he gave me a big smile and told me to have a wonderful day!

Scooters.....Thank you, thank you for hiring some really amazing people. I wish I knew what his name was to give him proper recognition. But they’re definitely doing a great job!

It's not terrible but not great either. The staff makes the place what it is in my opinion. They are pretty quick and seem very personable. As far as the coffee is concerned, it is obviously chain coffee that is a little better than most. Not fabulous but not appalling. Most chains I averagely give 3-4 stars mostly based around staff and wait times.

Ok I'm sorry but this was an awful experience. I usually don't even go inside but I did today and the girls are just rude. They all seem like they hate each other and their jobs. I also don't like eating cinnamon when I drink my drink. I had a pretty big order and I don't know if they were just upset or what. After mixing my drink and trying it, I ATE chunks of cinnamon. I ordered this last time and it was not like this. Please at least act like you enjoy your job ladies.

The owner of this Scooters is amazing; super nice, most of the employees are very polite and the drinks are good!

However, the manager of this particular Scooters, Catherine Delaine better known as 'Cat', feels entitled to treat others (workers and employees) how she sees fit based on her mood (which 9.9 times out of 10 is negative). I've been here several times and she's always treated me with disrespect and I've never seen her smile.

Catherine Delaine lacks professionalism, basic customer service skills, and refuses to take constructive criticism as a tool of self improvement. As a manager it is her JOB to be a role model and uphold standards she expects from her staff. She's done everything from shutting the drive thru windows in my face while I was in mid sentence to slamming my drink down on the counter, even yelling at other workers in front of customers.

I definitely recommend trying Scooters, but not when she is working because you will have one of the worst customer service experiences and no polite, paying customer deserves to be treated like trash.

We love Scooter’s. My boyfriend and I are truck drivers so we go to Scooter’s everywhere, all the time. This BY FAR was the WORST experience! The girls were rude, didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in or to take our order. We were the only customers in the building. This location puts a bad rep on the Scooter’s name and we will more than likely not return to this location. Our coffees tasted slightly bitter which they’re not when coming from other Scooter’s. I’m hoping management will address this because it’s seems like we’re not the only ones receiving this impolite service.

First time there! Only stopped in for a coffee and didn't stay long. The workers were kind and patient.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! I know why they don't but I really wish when I asked for my drink extra hot, that it was actually brewed and served to me that way. My only complaint. They still get tipped everytime because it's delicious and they do a good job! ❤

We went inside to order. They fix drinks for people in the drive thru before ours. Ours was #1 on the screen but they were making drinks for #2 & higher out in the drive thru. We waited way too long. Plus they didn't fill my latte.

LOVE the new scooters in town! The drive thru gals are always super nice and fast. Been inside a few times and it is a great little place to sit and have coffee with friends. Never had a bad drink made there. :)
