Great coffee shop with super friendly staff! Coffee and cinnamon roll were perfect! Thank y’all all the way from Alabama!

The Mountain Man is probably one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. The staff is also some of the friendliest I’ve ever met. I highly recommend this place if your stopping in West Yellowstone.

Quaint cafe offering many pastries and breakfast burritos. Hot coffee was good (skip the iced coffee) and Mountain Man breakfast burrito was very hearty - mostly cubed potatoes in a white gravy with ground meat mixed in. Since most burritos are made with pre-mixed fillings, you can not get a wrap without specific ingredients (say if you want to order the veggie wrap without eggs, for instance). Tbh, pastries look a bit undercooked, but I didn’t try one.

Love the coffee and bakery goods! Huckleberry scone was delicious. Only thing I would say is some indoor space to sit and hangout would’ve been great. But they had a picnic table outside so that was nice.

The line was crazy long first of all. Then when I was waiting for 15 minutes to get our coffees ever other person would say their order was wrong. Also the coffee, smoothies, and burritos were gross! I would not recommend this place. I don’t understand why they have 4 stars.🤦🏼♀️

Burritos are very tasty. Unique meats - bison, elk, boar. Huge and very filling. Coffee is standard Starbucks but still good. Get the huckleberry turnover. Even if you are full, it's worth it. Not a ton of food options in the park, so it was great to find something so good right outside.

We walked around to 5 different restaurants in west Yellowstone last week that claimed to be open and finally found this hidden gem. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had hands down and everyone working there was very friendly. Totally worth the wait. I love Mountain Mamas!

Cute place with a lot of stuff to purchase. the baked goods looked good but I didn't get any. Paid $15 for two coffees, that is pretty expensive considering the coffees I ordered weren't anything special/amazing, a pretty standard coffee order.

Coffee is delicious, great atmosphere, the staff and owner are all so welcoming and you can tell how much they care about the business. The burritos are huge, definitely a double meal but so good. You can not go wrong with any pastry here. We went three mornings in a row before going to Yellowstone and got something different each time. They do have box lunches to take in to the park if you need, assorted merchandise and drinks. Would definitely go again!

We live in Island Park and patronize the food establishments in West Yellowstone frequently. We were in Wild West across the street from Mountain Mama's and thought we'd pick up some baked goods for breakfast the next morning. We went in about 6pm and was glad to see they still had a fairly good selection of pastries that looked very tasty. When the young lady rang them up we were SHOCKED at the price, $9.00 for a croissant (they call them turnovers). She kindly explained they are fresh baked each day by local folks and we thought well we are in West Yellowstone and store owners have to make a living while they can during the short tourist seasons. We warmed our turnovers in the oven this morning and did find them flakey but not real tasty. I had a ham and cheddar and my wife had a chocolate/hazelnut. It appeared the very thin ham slice in mine had been split in two to make it appear it was larger for the ham to protrude out each end. I never did see any cheddar cheese but maybe something white that looked like it may have been a cheese spread. I only ate the top crisp flakey portion of my pastry my wife ate about half of hers. We may give Mountain Mama's another try hoping that the baker that morning (sunday) just had a hangover and the turnovers he/she produced were not representative of normal quality.
