Black Bear Coffee and Espresso

We ordered an iced decaf Americano, a bagel and a smoothie. My coffee came out and it was a hot regular Americano. I was patient at that point, lots of people forget to make decaf, so I repeated my order. He apologized profusely and then made me a hot decaf Americano. After asking about the ice, he put a few cubes in the top, again apologizing. After that, we asked about our bagel, which had been completely forgotten. More apologies and then we were offered free cookies. I guess they were having a bad day, all the same, we did not return the next day.

Black Bear has the most amazing Lemon Bars and the customer service was wonderful. Thank you!

Can't wait to come back. Drinks are refreshing and the atmosphere is welcoming. Indoor/outdoor seating, breakfast and bakery goods, and plenty of coffee drink options.

Home made waffle cones are delicious and go great with huckleberry ice cream!

We went for breakfast & coffee/tea this morning and went back for sandwiches for dinner. Everything was great! The bacon cheddar roll might become a slight addiction.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Great hours 6a-9p for the city of Thompson Falls and visitors. Looking forward to future plans at the location!

Wonderful new coffee house inside the historic Ward Hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Cant wait to see the whole thing renovated. Good Luck Black Bear!

We were discussing business with another person. The staff was very friendly, they left us to our talks without interrupting, yet were ready if we needed something.

Best coffee I've had in Montana. This is an amazing historical building over 100 years old and definitely worth checking out!
