We moved to Missoula early this year and decided to find a local raster to support. Initially, we enjoyed the proceduct found at the store then decided to make it a point to start purchasing from the brick and mortar location. However, we have never EVER really experienced good customer service theee and sadly have decided to move on. Overall, decent product but poor/cold attitude from their workers :(

Great coffee, great people. Hard to meet friends and family in a place without any designated accessible parking for them anywhere near here. Hope Black Coffee makes one of their parking spots accessible in the future.

Airport location. Slow, service, understaffed and undertrained….
It’s too bad, got better service from the old company in their tiny space.

I brought my clients from Opportunity Resources there for a look around, but to our surprise we were given a tour of the facility. Pictures can be found on our Facebook page.
Thanks Black Coffee Roasting Company for good afternoon tour!!!😃

Amazing coffee place! Some say the best in Missoula, and for good reason.
The coffee selection is awesome, and the baristas know their stuff. The atmosphere is laid back and inviting.
Highly recommend.

Awesome local coffee, easily the best we have had in Montana. Really neat space and ambiance, with friendly staff. Definitely go here when in the area!

Best cold brew in Missoula. Their seasonal blends are usually really unique and delicious. Call me a Millennial, but their avocado toast is delicious and filling.

The coffee is good, but I can get good coffee anywhere. The snobby hipsters behind the counter look at you like you’re an unnecessary burden. They’d much rather be finishing their novel or listening to Bon Iver or correcting your pronunciation— “No! It’s pronounced ‘bone eev-air’”— than wait on you.
Pretentious doesn’t work in Missoula.
Also, you’ll often hear, “We’re out of that” in a tone that makes you feel stupid for not knowing.

Amazing espresso, roasted right in same building. They make their own syrups. Drinks aren’t too sweet. I love this place.

Wonderfully correct cappuccino. It's not easy finding proper espresso, this place nails it. I've also never been somewhere with such an extensive toast menu! Loved it.
