The Ugly Mug

A very quaint and quirky coffee shop. The drink selection was amazing, so many to choose from! The coffee is delicious and the pastries were even better! The staff were wonderful and welcoming. 11/10 would recommend.

The Ugly Mug was very busy when we got there. But the young ladies working there made sure to get my order out to us quickly. The coffee was outstanding and the food was delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

The coffee was extremily strong but good food and service. Maybe make a lighter coffee for some of us.

I get coffee to go here every week! I love the coffee, the sweet treats and the savory bites. The atmosphere is wonderful so I love to go inside to order and look around at the currently displayed art. They also have a drive through so I can still easily get my fix when I have my kids with me.

Needed some coffee and breakfast while traveling through the area. I wanted a bagel, but they don't sell them. I almost drove off with just a coffee; I am so happy I did not! They're caramel apple turnover was amazing. Everything was good. Drive thru was quick and easy. And the prices are great!

In town staying at the KOA and was told about this gem. I walked there one morning and was PLEASANTLY surprised at the artsy atmosphere of the coffee shop. Great selections of coffee drinks... sat and read my book most of the morning. Loved the relaxed feel so much, the next day I brought my husband! Light breakfast items, bakery....Great friendly service to go with it all. A must-do place when in Miles City, MT!!

Every time I go to the ugly mug the workers are so kind. One time I was 50 cents short and the worker serving me proposed to pay for the extra 50 cents. Such kind hearted souls work there!

The staff is amazing! I have always received excellent food, drinks and service. Happy to have this unique coffee shop here in town!
