I can't say how amazing this coffee shop is! I have been going here for months and the atmosphere is always outstanding. The ladies always greet customers with a smile and always strike up a good conversation. Whenever I'm by myself and they have the time, they always write cute little sayings and draw cute little doodles on my cups. They truly care about their customers. The place is always clean and I just love the decorations. Their coffee is spot on and they have great baked goods. I'm never waiting for no more than five minutes to get my coffee and they always have something new to try. I like my coffee iced and they already know what I want the minute I walk in. The best thing about this place is that it is a five minute walk from my apartment. I'd highly recommend this coffee shop.

This place is a stop anytime I drive through Miles City. This place reminds me of some my favorite coffee shops in big cities. They are by far my favorite coffee shop in Eastern Montana and the their theme is super fun. O ya.... My daughter loves their fish and the fact they have a chalk board for her. So it's a win win stop for both of us.

Just started going here like two weeks ago, wanted something new and different from City Brew. I was not disappointed! Each time they have greeted me with a super friendly smile, and great customer service! By the third time they had my order down, and just this last time I went they drew my name on the cup in cute bubble letters 🖤 it literally made my day!

Absolutely love this place! We were just passing through on our way to Canada which is a shame because I want to come here every day now. The coffee is super yummy, the decorations they had up for Halloween were adorable, and the baristas were so welcoming and sweet. I highly recommend this place if you are anywhere near Mile city, or make this a destination in and of itself.

My new favorite coffee stop. Best Chai tea i have ever had!!! The whole family enjoyed what we picked up. Local business, with inviting decor and atmosphere. Will definitely be there again soon.

Not very good. Weak brew, poorly roasted coffee. And it was served Luke warm!

The Ugly Mug is 100% the best coffee place in town. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the decor is adorable and creative. You will never get the same experience out of some chain or big city coffee shop. The workers are always willing to give explanations and suggestions. Then there are the drinks and food. The drinks are made with high quality, local coffee and syrups that give every sip that “first sip feeling.” The menu is full of hidden gems from matcha lemonades to dusty chai lattes. The food is absolutely amazing, with pastries, breakfast burritos, quiches, cakes, cookies, and more all made fresh daily. Everything tastes like good feelings and new days. The menu is continually changing as well, so there is never a dull moment. The Ugly Mug is simply a must if you are in the Miles City area.

Amazing staff, friendly, speedy, made my order perfectly! There Chai Tea Latte was the best I ever tasted. And the espresso drink spot on! Great job!!!
