Clean, modern with good parking just outside of town center. Average coffee. Small breakfast selection with small portions. OK food. Very noisy inside (reflective surfaces in a smallish space). Good for drive thru.

We stopped here on our way to Montana and it was a great stop for coffee. Very nice people that work here, the baristas welcomed us and helped us make our decisions. They serve delicious and well prepared drinks. I ordered their cold brew and I couldn't be happier since it tasted smooth, bold. and it also kept me up for my drive.

Amazing breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich! Service was great- everyone had a great attitude and friendly even though they were SO busy. Quick service. Will definitely be back!

I love Maples! I always stop a few times when i visit Ennis every summer. The workers are so friendly and it is the cutest place. FYI ..it is the only drive thru (of any kind,) in town. Hours are 7am-1pm and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Wide variety of coffees (hot and cold), breakfast sandwiches and pastries. They beat any Starbucks with service and taste.

All I can say is the food and staff here is amazing. Now days it is rare to leave a restaurant, or any business for that matter, with the feeling that they actually appreciated your business and truly wanted you to enjoy your experience at their facility. At Maples everyone is treated like family and it makes me want to return over and over ❤

We drove here to get coffee while we were camping nearby. Ended up going every single morning we could! The place is wonderfully clean and nice. the staff was incredibly friendly and the coffee and pastries were tasty! Nothing bad to say.

Fantastic cozy building, friendly people, great coffee, and amazing baked goods. Only been here once by chance but will definitely remember and would recommend. We had quiche and egg frittata sandwich and it was beyond excellent!

The mocha tasted like bland chocolate milk and the chai had chunks of powder at the bottom. It just wasn’t good.

Drove through on our way home to Seattle this morning. The lady at the window was so nice and friendly. And the coffee was FANTASTIC!! Just what we needed to start us off on a 12 hour trek!

Wish this place was closer to me because if it was I would be going every day. They were so sweet and even gave me a treat for my dog:) my boyfriend loves his breakfast sandwich and I absolutely loved the plain bagel!
