Awesome patio and cozy and comfortable interior. The ordering experience was kind of confusing but the staff was super friendly. I had an iced americano which was really good, and the ham and cheese sandwich was delicious- they make it on Hawaiian rolls. I’d definitely go back.

Maples!

If you ever find yourself by way of Ennis, MT... or actually, within 103 miles of Ennis, make sure you work Maples into your schedule some how, some way. This place is locally sourced and is great - awesome breakfast sandwiches, solid coffee and a great staff who are friendly, hard working, efficient and take their craft seriously.

We were in town for a very short period of time and of course wanted to grab coffee and some breakfast on our way to the airport.

*Cold Brew

Food:
*Traditional Breakfast Sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. Absolutely delicious! (Disclaimer: if you’re from New York, don’t go expecting your classic sausage, egg & cheese.)
*Egg Frittata Sandwich on a ciabatta bun

Overall:
*the space is quaint with a few seats to use while waiting for your order
*perfect outdoor space with a handful of tables getting some sun as well as an ample amount of shade. It’s quite cozy out there
*drive thru
*plenty of parking
*locally sourced

Truly, this is a spot you’ll want to check out if you’re able to. The overall vibe is just everything you’d want.

PS... about 45 minutes away from Bozeman.

I'm going to be thinking of the sausage breakfast sandwich for a while. The aoili was amazing! (can I get the recipe?) the coffee was hot and great flavor.

We were passing through and saw this cute little coffee shop and had to stop. The coffee was amazing and the town of Ennis is so cute. We definitely will be back!

I'd love to review this place, but every single time I come here for coffee they are closed - just tried again. App says they are open, but they're not. Ah well. .....I'm assuming it's a staffing issue?

They were super nice and everything tasted great! It was also super fast and a very enjoyable experience for our first coffee stop in Montana. They even answered some of our questions about the wildlife we saw!!

Don't miss this gem! Our breakfast sandwiches and burritos were great and made fresh. The outdoor seating area with a pergola is lovely if you have a minute to sit. Lattes were a little heavy on the milk but not a dealbreaker. Always happy to support an independent shop.
