Cold Smoke Coffeehouse

I used to go every Monday for a group meeting in a reserved space, and the coffee os great, I love their sweet Chai. It's very nice and open for large groups or small ones as they have a variety of seating. It's cozy and warm atmosphere very industrial and rustic.

Terrible coffee... ordered two white chocolate mochas, one hot and the other iced. Both tasted like they had no coffee and instead was just water mixed with a little bit of flavor. Definitely not what my wife and I expected by visiting a local coffee shop where the prices are higher than Starbucks. Ended up throwing out our drinks and going to Starbucks where the coffee is mediocre but at least consistent.

Massive space with really helpful staff. And quality food and coffee. Good for events in their conference room, or a one on one by the fireplace. One of my favorite places in Bozeman hands down. I will definitely be back.

Great coffee and super friendly staff. Their conference rooms and facilities are super comfortable for work or friends gatherings. Their snacks are great and I just wish they had more variety and GF and veggie options.

I prefer to go here over any other coffee shop in Bozeman. The coffee is delicious and potent.
The service can be good or bad depending but I'm giving grace to those who services lack due to inexperience. If you go and dont recieve good service, the owner is all about customer satisfaction and he will make sure that you are happy with your future visits.
Last time i stopped in i ordered the lavender Italian soda, i didnt like it and the owner stopped by and asked what i thought, i told him i didnt like it and he offered to make me a different flavor that i might like. I got raspberry instead and it was delicious.
The environment is warm and comfy, plenty of outlets and room for bringing a crowd for coffee.

ColdSmoke it is not only a great coffee house but it's also a wonderful atmosphere for small meetings and just getting away to work on something by yourself. The free Wi-Fi has sufficient signal strength and does not cause any issues. If you want a great coffee, a great time, privacy, and a great setting, this is the place for you

Very pretty place, horrible coffee and tea. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because of the atmosphere and friendly baristas. I have tried multiple drinks here, from black coffee to their London fog, and it all tastes super gross. The coffee has always seemed burnt, and the tea is just nasty. The only thing I get here is their bottled soda.

I've visited this specific cold smoke twice now, and have had two marginal experiences. The first time I got 2 coffees and 2 pastries. The bill was over $20, which I could cope with, but the coffee was barely warm and the pastries not fresh. My second visit echoed my first.

The custom-built booths and comfy cushioned chairs are fantastic, and the attached swivel seating in the one area is tolerable for a limited time.

The conference room is great for groups, but be prepared to be blinded by the late afternoon/evening sun due to the positioning of windows with no shades or drapes of any kind. (Plan/schedule your conference room activities accordingly.)

The food options on their menu are delicious, albeit spendy (but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Where other restaurants might give you greater quantity and/or selection for your money, the food offered at Cold Smoke is always delicious and made with quality ingredients).

Baristas are well-trained, professional, and highly personable.

Cold Smoke's business model is admirable.

If I were interested in working at a coffee shop, I would apply first at Cold Smoke before even looking at any other options.

As uncomfortable as the chairs are at this location, they're better than the chairs at the other location. The conference room here is also much larger and better suited to events requiring multiple outlet access for electronic devices.
