Cold Smoke Coffeehouse

This is probably the last time I will ever be to a Cold Smoke, which is a shame because it is great coffee and good food. This morning I literally was in the drive through line for almost 50 minutes, no exaggeration actually 50 minutes. This is probably the fourth time I have waited in their line for more than 30 minutes. Once you're in the line you can't leave there's nowhere to go. So, after waiting in line, I get to order my meal a simple iced coffee and a burrito. Get to the window and wait about 7 minutes before anyone actually comes to the window to which they do give me the burrito and then asked if I ordered coffee. Fast forward another 7 minutes and I pay my money and she hand me the wrong coffee. At this point it's what it is, and I just leave as I am already late for work at this point. This has to hands down be the worst service I have received from cold smoke or any coffee place in the valley. Sounds naggy but come on almost an hour for a breakfast burrito and a wrong coffee? Walmart has better service. No one inside seems to know what they're doing and there seems to be no leadership at all. Kind of a shame.

I usually don't enjoy coffee. But they actually had really good coffee. I had a cinnamon honey coffee and it was so good. I want to learn how to make it.

Really want to like this place especially because of a convenient drive thru, but I can’t even taste the espresso in the latte, and the burritos are never sealed so they just make a mess and come apart in your hand, and of course I’m never given any napkins for it.

Maybe do a refresher on how to make consistently strong espresso that can be tasted in the lattes otherwise I’m just paying for expensive sweet milk. And another on how to make neat and sealed burritos which isn’t hard at all.

We meet here every week for men's Bible study. They could not be more hospitable and welcoming. Oh yeah, and they have great drinks and food.

I was there on Monday September 5th from 4:50 -6:30 and the two workers there were extremely disruptive. I am not talking about sounds coming from making coffee. They were screaming over the music to each other and laughing way too loud that I literally witnessed all the customers either put in headphones or turn up the music. The workers even saw some of us look up from our work to look at them because they were so loud yet they didn't change the volume of their voices. I am all for having fun at work but Im not even that inconsiderate of the customers. This place is used and advertised as a place to study. It was hard to study when you you can still hear them yelling and laughing and singing to the music with your music all the way up with noise cancelling headphones. I normally go to the other coldsmoke location and they are not nearly as loud. I will not be returning to this one.

Best coffee and great breakfast choices. My recommendation? Grab the burrito!!! Crazy good! …and the muffins are pretty stellar as well. Fantastic service from really friendly folks!

Really nice space with a beautiful coffee bar wrapping around the roasting machine. I may well like this space better than the Oak Street location.

Great place for work, school, or just hanging out! Coffee is the best in the area and the staff is always friendly and responsive. I work from here all day a couple days a week and it’s amazing. This building also houses Rams Head Coffee Roasters which roasts the best beans in the valley. I couldn’t recommend this shop enough!

Bright and open location west of town. Well designed with plenty of seating. Also plenty of parking, easy in and out. Good beverages and pastries, but get there early for best selection. We found it relaxing and liked the low stress atmosphere to sit and enjoy meeting with friends.
