Slow service. First attempt waited over 5 minutes with no one available to take order. Apparently worker was in back for extended time. I went to shop for books. Second attempt had to wait for the person in front of me to go to front of store and get register tape for the girl working behind the Starbucks counter. Once it was my turn worker was courteous and apologetic.

My mom and I love visiting here, checking out the new titles or the large display of magazines. The cafe is very clean and we usually end our visit there, sweet treat and a drink.

Great old fashion bookstore complete with coffee. One of the few brick and mortar chain bookstores still in operation. Hope it doesn't fall to the whims of online shoppers.

The staff was so helpful and really knew how to direct me. They were also so patient with the kiddos as they paid for their own purchases.

It's a nice, neat, comfortable store! Prices are reasonable, and I could get lost in the store for hours without complaint

Great service and there happened to be a magician doing some sleight of hand tricks that made the experience memorable!
