Great addition to Dogtown, which has needed a coffee shop and an ice cream place for years. They serve Kaldi's Coffee and Cedar Crest Dairy ice cream. Owner is very friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

This place gets it right.
A narrow selection of great icecream.
Service and location is good. I highly recommend coming here after the zoo.
Not many restaurants in the area have desserts so this is how to fill in that gap.
Enjoy!

We are visiting from out of town and our Airbnb was right around the corner from this shop! We stopped in and the woman working behind the counter was very nice and told us lots about the city and different good places to eat. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious food, coffee and baked goods. You can tell they really put some love into their food. Don’t change a thing Sweet Em’s!

I had a delicious daily grind shake and my gal got a birthday flavored shake. It was a great end to our stay in the St. Louis area.

Amazing! Ice cream for breakfast. Delicious baked goods, breakfast sandwiches and the coffee was on point. I recommend the cheesy bacon cornbread and dark chocolate malt with espresso.

Such a great neighborhood treat. We love walking over for coffee, breakfast, or evening dessert.

This place is a must visit. The ice cream is delicious. They have very interesting flavors. I really like how patient they are with my 4 year old daughter. Great service.

AAAA++++ In just over a year, Sweet EM's Coffee and Ice Cream in Dogtown has cemented itself as a favorite area destination for frozen treats. Named for sisters Erika Darrough and Megan Cobb - with Cobb runing operations - the shop serves cones and cups of Wisconsin-based Cedar Crest Ice Cream.

No dine at this time. Not posted on the website. That's not too helpful. Coffee was very good. Didn't try the ice cream bcs well.... No dine in. Pastries are portable.
