Pipers Tea & Coffee

It's a great coffee shop in st Louis.

Love the atmosphere- quiet, classy, and cozy. Every latte I've had here is delicious, and the people are always friendly and helpful.

I used to visit pipers a lot, but the employees working there are really unprofessional. They talked openly in front of the customers during their shift change about how they weren't getting as many tips that day due to the fact that a lot of the patrons there were students. The experience made me really uncomfortable especially because the store wasn't even that packed that day and the people who were studying there were not deterring anyone else from coming in or tipping. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to study because of the open hostility they have towards students (and probably anyone who can't afford to give a big tip).

Target/CB2 designed space, think yup-ie type girl who may or may not be consistent with her morning affirmations. Plenty of light which is good. Place is starkly contrasted by dead eyed mumble-core baristas (not all of them) who don't ask what you would like, they just stare life-less into your soul until you finish your self effacing order. This is my usual spot. 4 stars with St.Louis goggles on.

Love this place! They have great boba tea and always great service. Harmony and Duncan are the sweetest.

Another great addition to the STL coffee scene! Upon arrival the staff was friendly and welcoming, quickly taking our order. The pour over was good, but arrived a little on the cooler side than anticipated, but was still good. The matcha latte was met with approval from a teenager with champagne tastes. Definitely a good spot to visit. Street parking can be tough, but not impossible.

Looking for a cute new coffee shop? Look no further, this place has everything you might need. lots of seating and a nice coffee bar. Plenty of room to hang with friends, do some work, or read a book.

Upon entering this fine establishment I was taken back by the ambience of the place. Super clean, Very welcoming feel and the staff was truly a delight to speak with. I grabbed my things to go but I can see myself returning more frequent to just sit and relax and get stuff done in a warm welcoming environment. Oh yeah the coffee is excellent and the pop tarts are amazing I highly recommend the maple sweet potato and you better let them toast it for you. It was like biting into a thanksgiving memory, you know the pleasant ones with grandma and the family. Not the “Grab the water the Turkey is on fire and the kids are crying and the dogs are barking” yeah not that memory. In short I like coffee and I like tea and the Java Java jive is just for me!

Very nice environment and very good drinks. The bourbon vanilla iced latte I had was very good and had a unique flavor and didnt taste like every other vanilla latte. My wife really enjoyed her Earl grey tea latte!
