Upshot Coffee Brake Shop

I wandered by this cute coffee spot while I was out for an early walk with my dog, they welcomed us both in and even offered her a treat. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the coffee and food was awesome! I’m only sad I couldn’t have tried more food.

The atmosphere is very open in the main service space. The book book space by the front door is very cute with some personal touches like photos and merch. The did a great job of converting the brake shop into a coffee bar and still nodding to the original business that was there. Very cool!

I love this place so much. This is my favorite coffee shop by far. I highly recommend paying a visit. (And not to mention the decor is beautiful!)

Customer service is great! The staff is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable with their coffee. The espresso is great too. I love the unique interior design of a brake shop and the chill atmosphere. Highly recommended, Quality coffee shop :).

Really cool vibe! For those who don’t know, it’s called “Brake Shop” because as the name suggests it’s made in a literal former brake shop. I don’t drink coffee too much, but they have great coffee alternatives. My favorite is iced matcha with lemon and mint, it’s so refreshing.

Simply overpriced for what you get.$9.50 gets you this. Save yourself some money and disappointment and go down the street to Lady Di's.

One of the best coffee shops in the area. I love the atmosphere, the staff, and everything they make. It's all delicious. A must do!!!

Delicious coffee, delicious breakfast burrito, beautiful shop, and a wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Want to check out a place that cares about the quality of product and quality of service? This is your spot.

Obviously it's a cute little coffee shop so its gonna be on the pricy side, about 5 bucks (plus a tip) for about an 8 oz latte. It really wasn't that good. Honestly, unless your going there for the environment or what have you, just go to Starbucks or something. At Starbucks it tastes better for the same price and you get at least double the amount of coffee.

Upshot is an amazing new coffee shop! Their coffee is wonderful without a doubt. Their staff are friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuine! They have a great vibe, awesome lay out, and its super comfy. Its a treat to go here, and it has easily become one of my favorite coffee shops in the st louis area.
