Course Coffee Roasters

First time visit to Course Coffee and I will be back. Enjoyed a great Java brew while catching up on work emails. I liked it so much I bought a bag of whole beans for home. So glad I found this gem in Frenchtown Saint Charles.

My nephew told my husband and I about this place. We went there because their blend of coffee comes from Africa. We both had an iced coffee that waa a light coffee. It was really good. I highly recommend it.

Course Coffee Roasters is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The coffee is delicious. I never imagined coffee could taste so good!! The staff makes me feel so welcome every time I stop in for a special treat. I highly recommend this place !! It's a little slice of heaven in Frenchtown MO!

I went with a friend to a tasting. We sampled 3 coffees from Latin America. We were given information about coffee history and about each of the samples. Fresh fruit, chocolates, and fruit bars were available to pair with our samples. The presentation was very interesting and there was plenty of time for questions about the samples and general questions about coffee. Everyone was very friendly. It was a great time and I hope to be able to attend another tasting in the future.

This place is 100% about coffee. They have a small selection of expertly curated pastries both sweet and savory, but the main attraction is the selection of beverages.

Beans are expertly roasted by the owners, you won't find the dark, over-roasted burnt and bitter coffees here, their roasting techniques are perfectly tuned to bring out the complex flavors of the top quality beans they start with!

The selection of coffee drinks is significant, from a simple espresso, all the way up to the delicious and expertly crafted coffee cocktails like an espresso tonic. Their cold brew, and nitro-cold brew is the BEST in St. Charles for sure.

The ambiance is perfect for a small, local coffee shop, the furniture is funky and interesting, but comfortable. The playlist is always on-point and at the right volume for conversation.

Stop in, try a new drink, buy some locally crafted treats, and hang out.

My wife and I stopped by here for the first time on a Sunday morning. The decor is so charming, and the owner is super nice. I had an iced latte and she made it just right. Not too milky, not too icy. Delicious! It's so nice to have another local coffeeshop in St. Charles. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this coffee shop! The coffee is excellent and the pastries are delicious, but the best part of our visit was the owners. They were beyond friendly and accommodating! They let us take a to go air pot for our large group and return it when we could make it back. We were all extremely impressed with the coffee and pastries!
Unfortunately, we do not live in the area or we would be back frequently. Definitely a 5+ star place!

My wife and I stumbled upon Course in early 2020 and have been going back ever since. Brandon, Sarah, and Andrew are all super friendly and go above and beyond making sure you have a good coffee experience. They have a large variety of single origin roasts that change out periodically, and will help with any questions you have. We have not had a single cup of coffee we have not enjoyed. Anyone who enjoys coffee should stop by Course.

This place is more than amazing. They have converted me to loving coffee which is something I thought would never happen. The environment here is peaceful yet exciting and uplifting when it needs to be. The staff and customers are always friendly and helpful. They genuinely care about their customers and really get to know you. It’s a lovely place to go and visit and I highly suggest taking the time to go and try them.

This place is my new go to spot! Self roasters with a fantastic coffee selection, Cold Brews, Nitro Brews, unique lattes, a flavorful tea selection and delicious baked goods from other local businesses. The space is really comfortable and hip and their attention and support to other local businesses really shines.
