Course Coffee Roasters

This is a well kept secret in saint charles. By far the best coffee I have ever tasted. The coffee and tea options are outstanding. They make their own syrups in house and their flavor combinations are great. The staff is kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. If you aren't sure what to pair, they are quick to make a suggestion. The pastry selection comes from anoyher local business and are just delicious. We try to go to this spot at least once a week.

Course Coffee serves their customers with warmth and care. They surprise with thoughtful and creative details. We ordered hot chocolate for our daughters and they sprinkled the most perfect peppermint shavings on top!

Great variety of fresh, locally roasted whole or ground coffee beans in resealable bags. Sweet treats and a small variety of plants for sale. My husband enjoys trying beans from around the world and gets a cup of coffee to go with his bag of ground beans. The shop is small, but the coffee is amazing. No parking lot, but ample street parking available in the area. Highly recommend giving Course a try.

I will always stand by this coffee shop. They recently expanded the space and it is such a cozy environment. I love having meetings here, and working on projects. Being in frenchtown you know that your are helping revitalize a city.

They're the only coffee spot in saint Charles that takes their coffee very seriously. They shouldn't even be compared to the terrible coffee selection in town. They're pros competing with children.

I had the Rwandan light roast as an iced americano when I was there. So good! Beautiful, intimate space, with an incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable staff. If you love coffee, especially black coffee, then I highly recommend coming here!

Great ambiance and atmosphere. Engaging set up, and intriguing coffee differentiation. Baristas seemed to keep good conversation with customers. Drink was very tasteful, especially so for an herbal tea. Good look on every front, Course.
