Roots Coffee Bar

We are from out of town and every time we come through Springfield, we stop here for breakfast and a coffee. The food is absolutely delicious and it's the best latte I've ever had. I recommend the breakfast burrito and donuts as my top choices.

Came here for lunch and some coffee today and had to go back up for some to-go drinks because it was so yummy! Had the best experience with Evan who had the kindest soul (and took my order both times). Best coffee shop experience I have ever had, thank you guys!

Do yourself a favor and come here for breakfast! We had an amazing pulled pork breakfast sandwich and a breakfast burrito with house made salsa. Everything was fresh and delicious. Some of the best coffee you can get in the Midwest. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Bright and upbeat atmosphere, friendly staff, 90's hip-hop and R&B in the background, breakfast burrito with the crispy hashbrowns inside was fire, great coffee, very reasonable prices...what more could you ask for? I will definitely be back to set up my laptop and work from here. Highly recommend!

The food is made to order, all fresh ingredients and from scratch preparation. Great ambiance and vibes upon entry. Highly recommended! Mike and his staff always provide 5 start hospitality.
