Well maybe this was a one off but we ordered two vanilla lattes one large iced one small hot and a Bagelrito. $ 17 dollars and change. That alone is terrible. But the small latte was unflavored and undrinkable & the bagelrito was way overcooked almost burned, tough and not worth eating. My wife refused to eat it. I tried and gave up. We grabbed it to go while running errands otherwise we would have taken it back. Oh yeah they didn't give us a straw for the iced latte.

Check your order before you leave... 1/4 of our bagels were skinned and not cut correctly. Most disappointing part? Whomever packed our order cared so little about quality control, cared so little they put these unusable bagels in our order. Disappointing.

Their food is really Good! I love going here in the morning for breakfast. Their bagels and shmear (flavored cream cheese) are my absolute favorite! The only downside is they are a tiny bit expensive. Otherwise five stars.

I love their bagels and bagel & egg sandwiches. Try the bagels toasted! When we get a dozen to go, they always offer to cut them for us (which I appreciate). They have the normal flavors of bagels (like blueberry and cinnamon raisin) and some more fancy ones (the best being spinach florentine). Join the free Schmear Society for lots of discounts.

I went here on 3/13 around 11am, with my family. We ordered and the manager was overly micro-managing. She was extremely rude and was obviously having a bad day. When I ordered the bacon, avocado, and egg white sandwich. (Which is on the menu twice. Also the they are listed differently, when I ordered it I did not read the second listing were it includes sauce) When I got the sandwhich, to my surprise there was sauce on it. I brought it back up and explained that I did not think it was supposed to have sauce. To me this was not a big deal I was just confused. The manager points to the menu and says “Its right there on the menu sweety.” The manager grabed it out of my hand, did not let me finish my explanation. She angerly remade it. I said over the counter “Its not a big deal you dont need to get mad over it” she ignored my comment. Then an older gentleman came in and she was extremely nice to him, maybe to compensate? I dont know but the way she treated my family and me was just plain disrespectful. She should definitely be approached about this issue.

Literally the WORST costumer service EVER. EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there they are super rude. Today was the absolute last straw. The girl at the drive thru window was super hateful about me trying to pay with a 100$ bill. She treated me like I was trying to pay with Monopoly money or something. Why would you not take a 100$ bill? Perhaps she can’t count back change for anything over a 20? Idk Honestly if she hadn’t had such a foul attitude I would have gone and gotten change but to be treated that way, plus it’s every single time we go there- NOPE. That’s the last time for us!
I would suggest maybe training your “staff” to have at least SOME customer service or people skills.
