Einstein Bros. Bagels

1st time eating here and I get a burned bagel. Everything else tasted good but the taste of charred bagel offset it. So not impressed at all. For some reason it's not including the pic of the bagel.

I went early on a Tuesday no lines to order but the service was horrible.. none of my questions could be answered and they asked me to hold for what seemed to be a lifetime at the drive thru. The food also was not great and looked to have been just thrown in the bag. I suggest going somewhere else.

Love taking advantage of the box of 13 special on Mondays. Grandsons really enjoy the cranberry and blueberry bagels and almond honey cream cheese.

Best brisket bagel ever. Such great flavors put together into one amazing breakfast sandwich. Absolutely must try it yall

Fresh good bagels and sandwiches and coffee also a good selection of cream cheese. Also nice friendly staff And they have a drivethrough also.

Wonderful atmosphere. Great staff. Superb fresh ingredients.

Stopped here and got some food. I had never been to an Einstein Bros before. My wife and I got different sandwiches and shared them. They were both delicious.

First time here. If the food and drinks hadn’t been good, I’d for certain not try again. The food was good. The cold brew was good. The service was friendly. Holy cow though, the wait was atrocious. 30 minutes total, standing and waiting in a closed lobby. 10 minutes waiting at the counter just to place an order. First in line but they were backed up with drive thru orders. Then 20 minutes to get our food, after we watched 6 orders that walked in and waited in line behind us all leave. The drive thru cleared out, empty lobby (no dining room allowed here), and we finally received our food. We went outside to sit at a patio table, and at 1220pm they locked the doors.

Once we were done, we couldn’t come back in to wash our hands, use a restroom, get more napkins, even throw away our trash.

Pretty poor performance considering it was $26 before a tip for two sandwiches, one bagel and two drinks.

absolutely love this place. the staff are really nice and helpful. I placed an order online (while in the parking lot) to pick up in the store (had a free coffee reward to use but it had to be a mobile order) and the app told me it would be ready in 10-15 min. but it was ready in about 5 min. we had a few bagels and 2 drinks (including my coffee) and everything was perfect.

I’m obsessed with this place and their coffee. It is just as good as Starbucks and you don’t have to fight through a long line to get some. Plus their service is always fantastic!
