This is my go to coffee shop when I am home in Rolla. I have been learning more and more about coffee/espresso with my travels around the world and Giddy Goat has some good stuff! I usually get a latte or their vietnamese coffee when in season.

The young lady I was speaking with was very informative, friendly & answered questions that I had. First Time in the Giddy Goat, had the volcan ice coffee & caramel macchiato hot drink. Both were very good coffee drinks. Purchase a bag of Papua New Guinea coffee. Will return again for sure. Small and quaint coffee shop.
