This was my first visit here after passing it a million times. Got the candy bar latte which was okay. Also ordered the bacon ciabatta which was a gross disappointment ..bacon wasn't even done & wasn't even 1 whole piece. My daughter had the everything bagel sausage sandwich & she liked it. Sandwiches are pretty small too. They are priced pretty high for uncooked tiny bacon sandwiches. Probably won't be going here again.

Two cars were in front of me, and understood the wait. Both cars ahead of me got their items and left. I waited 4 minutes at the speaker waiting for my order to be taken care of, and someone was behind me too. Never once have I had a bad experience at Scooters. So over companies charging so much when they can’t even hire the right employees to run it.

First visit good experience. Drink was good, food was so so. Price compareable to Starbucks. Second visit was bad. I asked for a medium drink got a small, asked for a plain bagel with egg, BACON and cheese got this instead. An everything bagel with egg, SAUSAGE and cheese. This grosses me out to the point that I don't want to eat it! I will probably throw it away. What a waste. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered the oatmeal and the topping wasn't included. I went back to get it, and they didn't seem to know such thing existed. Pulled up to the window and was just stared at. Asked for them to toss the oatmeal and was told I had to get out of the car and go to the dumpster. Requested my refund and after several minutes was told they didn't know how. Advised to return "sometime tomorrow" to speak with a manager. I asked *when* tomorrow...barista said she didn't know. Asked how will they know about today's issue...barista said she'd give them my name. I gave it but don't believe she wrote it down. Then she turned away so I drove away.

These are children (mine worked here) and mistakes happen but someone who knows what to do should always be present. Lack of training, poor customer service and proper communication skills need to be addressed ASAP. This is how they LEARN.

App didn't allow me to select blended..so they made my Praline Carmelious incorrectly. However, they corrected it immediately & I tipped the employee who remade my drink!👍😁🤗

The employees at this location are typically awesome! They seem to like being there and they always personalize their greetings and conversations, which is rare these days with most businesses requiring their employees to spout off a script. How fast you get your order seems to be random, sometimes it is very quick and sometimes you pull up to the window and your order hasn't been started yet. I don't mind though really, I just make sure I have enough time to stop. If I'm in a hurry it's my fault, not theirs. Only negative is Scooters is a bit overpriced.
