LOVE this beautiful coffee shop in Ozark! Flavorful coffee selections and yummy food.

The focus here is on coffee so I wouldn’t rely on this place as a restaurant. It does have some toast options and baked goods but not a full menu of food.

I had the Maple Spice latte and it was made with oatmilk automatically which is perfect for anyone who can’t have dairy. It was SO good!

The staff was friendly and the location is stunning with a big open air area to sit and visit and a lovely outdoor seating area with kids park-like rides (seesaw & swings) - this place is fun for everyone!

Highly recommend!

Earthy environment and really appreciate and enjoyed the adaptive reuse of old building for new ideas. The front line staff in The Workshop are.not very customer centric. The menu is 'not' kid friendly and only offers 2 real food items; avocado toast and avocado toast w/bacon. There's pastries and teas but the focus is coffee. The Mill isn't modest family friendly in cost, so I'd like to recommend adding plain bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter or fig jam as an addition for kids. Fresh fruit cups would be lovely as well. The overall refurbished land and building is very well done. It's definitely a 1/2 day trip or longer, to have a bite, walk the grounds, have a seat (maybe more throughout the space), visit the farmer's market, play a game of corn hole, swing, enjoy yoga and just be. More history stands would also be a nice addition as people stroll through to know more about this wonderful environment. Thank you for a great experience. Warrants a definite return.

Delicious food and coffee! Ordered a vanilla latte and avocado bacon toast, perfect combo. Spacious place with a whole bunch of tables and chairs, and a fireplace. Outdoor seating and garden/farm in one, you can walk around, there's even a swing set. Just a good vibe, definitely recommend!

Best coffee in the Ozarks! The food and drinks are top quality; All the ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. I love their seasonal beverages, like the Smoked Hickory Latte featured below. And as far as food goes, my favorites are The Bacon, also featured below, and the Chicken Salad. But you have to ask for The Chicken Salad with sourdough!! Best of both worlds.

Great atmosphere. Coffee is bomb. Food is alright. Avocado was a bit acidic and sharp. Bacon was pretty medium in flavor, nothing fancy, just a hard strip of bacon. Toast was good. I’d come again but probably wouldn’t get the food.

The Workshop is a trendy place to get coffee and light snacks located in the new Finley Farms complex in Ozark. The place is an old building and has a very cool industrial look to it. We bought a regular coffee and a cafe mocha and the only reason I gave this place 4 stars is they serving size of the mocha: The serving size is tiny but they charge you the same as anywhere else would for a mocha. There is a wood burning stove on one end and a small gift shop on the other. The employees are always very nice and we will continue to visit!

The Workshop was such a great experience as I travled through Springfield. The interior is a perfectly curated garden/farmhouse atmosphere with very friendly staff and incredible drinks and snacks. I ordered a Chai Tea which was very flavorful and oddly original, as well as their monkey bread which was crazy delicious. This would be an awesome spot to set up for a day of work, a meeting with a friend, or a quiet pause in your day. This is the best coffee shop in the Springfield area!

The Shop and Coffee was great! They use Copper Canyon which is a local roster. This is also a great place to pick up Chemex coffee filters as they are only $9.95 which is a excellent price.

Overall a great place to hangout with some friends or enjoy some coffee and study.

First time here. What a great atmosphere. Wide open spaces. For those who want to social distance, there are about 5 or 6 outdoor picnic tables aside from the regular outdoor seating. Yes the food is a little expensive for what it is, but hey, it's a restaurant. You're also paying for the experience, and I would definitely come back again. You can tell that the workers were new. I waited longer for my order to be completed than I expected. When my order was being prepared, I can here the servers whispering, "What goes on here? Did I make this right?" It's OK. It should only get better from here on out.
