Really fun place to eat! Can't wait to come back and check out the planes taking off and landing. I got the cheeseburger and it was amazing. Finished it off with strawberry rhubarb pie. My son had the chicken strip basket. He was very happy with it. All of it was good.

This was our first visit. Very neat atmosphere. The food and service was good. We'd eat here again and We'll come back when they have flying events in warmer weather. Unique place to visit in the middle of no where.

This place has great breakfast. I love their chicken fried steak. It's kinda in the middle of nowhere but that's kinda nice too. They have a very friendly staff. It is located at a flying field in the middle of farm land.

It is in the middle of nowhere but worth it for my family. My kids got to see several skydivers landing and planes taking off. The food was pretty good too. The perfect little stop on your way to Branson.

So over the holiday season, they have a deal where you can fly with Santa for $50/person. I thought that it would be so much fun to do as a present for my boyfriend, so I immediately booked it for him and I. We arrived a little early which was fine because they have a little restaurant that sells burgers, sandwiches, and what not. It was served fast and was delicious. Once we were done eating, Santa was ready to take us flying. It's a little plane that is used and can comfortably fit the pilot and 3 other people. The flight was about 10 minutes long, and it was such a fun time. I would highly recommend them. Plus you get a picture at the end which makes for a fantastic Christmas card to give to friends and family.

This is pretty cool little place to visit, they have a great little Cafe with indoor seating or outdoor dinning. It's all decorated with cool planes and memorabilia. This place is at a little airport that handles small private aircraft, there is also a parachuting business on-site, just incase your in the mood to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. Stop by, get some eats, check out the planes, old cars, and just enjoy the fresh country air.

Great Restaurant!!! Cool displays and the breaded pork was delicious... It's off the beaten path and I was riding my bike cross country and saw a sign that said "Hanger Kafe- Must See" so I followed the signs for several miles on not the best roads and found a small county airport and the Restaurant...
I fully recommend taking the time to stop in and have a bite...

We live in Joplin and had decided to take a sporadic trip to Fantastic Caverns as we’d never been ….somehow :). We had also never been to Hanger Kafe so we decided to make it a day of firsts. Hanger is a little ways off I44, but nothing too bad and it’s a nice low traffic scenic drive. Right as we pull up we see a Cessna taxing right up to the viewing area. A short time later another visitor tells us that people are getting ready to sky dive so we waited until they jumped before going in. We got to see some pretty neat stuff without even planning it. The inside of the Kafe is themed well and there is a lot of seating between inside and out. The staff was very friendly and we were taken care of. Two of us got burgers and the other two got the veggie wraps( they never eat vegan so that was odd) but everyone seemed to really like the food. Prices are on par with most of the Mom and Pops I’ve been to and the free entertainment really makes it a great value. The kiddos seemed to have a great time which in turn made mine great! Give Hanger Kafe a shot!

Remote. Quiet. Sites (10) setup full hookups but a work camp sterile setup. On rural airfield with cafe and events. Skydiving. Etc. it really grew on us.
