Hangar Kafe

Staff overwhelmed by volume. Was told we could get service if we sat outside. They sat us outside with menus and never came back.

Did not eat there. My son and I went down for a hot air balloon ride which was fun, not scary at all.

Waitress said my appetizer burned her mouth, like who eats the customers food and then tells them about it. I actually could have just went on and not thought much about it other than thinking it was a little funny, but it got way worse. An hour later after being completely ignored, she delivered our main entrees while talking on the phone and ignoring the empty glasses on the table. Then she stood right in front of me, across the restaurant and just chatting with co-workers while I had to get up and get my own refiles and condemns.
Not sure how this place gets good ratings, I guess it's because it is so novel and looks cool. Which it does, it's a super cool place to see, just bring your own food because the wait staff is awful.

Server was so friendly and kind. Great food too! They told us Saturdays are best for the planes to give a show.

It's a great experience and kids loved it but the menu is a little limited

The people were friendly some of the food was ok but I think they need to let their fried chicken soak some more it was uncooked to me sorry but everything else was ok

A really neat place to go to and good food. I was a little disappointed in the servers, we sat there for a good 10 minutes with no one taking our order. I finally just went up to the checkout counter and asked if I needed to place an order there and the lady apologized and said that she would just take our order. We got to see two sweet puppies while we were there visiting as well. And there were some neat airplanes and cars on display.

Great food every time we go. Just came from breakfast and it was amazing, best biscuits and gravy! Yum!

Great place. Great food. Very friendly people. Crystal is the best server ever and she deserves a raise. Giant portions and great prices. Can't say enough good things!
